Ο υπάλληλος αφού εξήγησε ότι είναι μόνος του , επέπληξε τον άνθρωπο γιατί έφερε το όχημα μπροστά στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου. Ακολούθως κι ενώ απομακρύνθηκε ο πελάτης για να εξυπηρετήσει εμάς , τον έβρισε και γέλασε μπροστά μας.Ε λοιπόν την ίδια τύχη είχαμε κι εμείς την επόμενη μέρα κατά την επιστροφή του δικού μας οχήματος.Πληροφοριακά την Κυριακή το πρωί στις 2/7/2023 το κέντρο του Βουκουρεστίου είχε κλειστούς δρόμους λόγω εκδηλώσεων με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να προσεγγίσουμε το χώρο παράδοσης.Περιμένω σίγουρα εξηγήσεις από την εταιρεία για την ανάρμοστη συμπεριφορά, την έλλειψη προσωπικού παρά την αυξημένη κίνηση και περιμένω να δω πως θα εξελιχθεί η πίστωση των χρημάτων από την εγγύηση του οχήματος.Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, αντιτουριστική και απορίας άξιο πώς είναι δυνατόν να συμβαίνουν αυτά στο χώρο ενός ξενοδοχείου πέντε αστέρων.Διαμαρτύρομαι πάρα πολύ έντονα!!!!!!

At first it wall fine but for a one day rent that was 40$ they blocked 720$ from my bank account that was going to be unblocked when I returned the car as an insurance. When I did they said it will be unblocked immediately. After 2 days nothing happened and I started calling but they said it has already been done and they were rude.Long story short, one month later and after many emails my bank called them and the answer was "we forgot it" and we will unblocked immediately. AVOID AT ALL COST.

They tried to negotiate, to settle the deposit for the car by ear, in front of me, under the conditions that I opted for full insurance with 0 franchise fee. Irene Sánchez: Avoid It!!!Un desastre, no volveremos a alquilar con esta compañía jamás. Se quedaron con nuestro dinero sin darnos el coche porque la persona que había contratado el alquiler se había olvidado el carnet de conducir. Ofrecimos pagar un segundo conductor que si llevaba el carnet encima, también ofrecimos una foto del carnet de conducir del titular, buscarlo en la aplicación de tráfico... Nada, en cuanto vieron la posibilidad de quedarse los casi 300 euros sin darnos el coche la aprovecharon. Habíamos pagado el importe de seguro a todo riesgo, quitando la franquicia. Pese a nuestras quejas pidiendo alguna alternativa, no hubo ninguna solución, se quedaron el total de nuestro dinero a cambio de nada. Además, el empleado que nos atendió era maleducado y rozaba la chulería, cero empatía, parecía que disfrutaba de dejarnos sin coche y sin dinero. También hay que tener mucho cuidado porque, aunque en las condiciones del contrato pone que hay que presentar el medio de pago con el que se haya pagado, si has pagado con débito no lo aceptan y te exigen tarjeta de crédito, alegando que en Rumanía es así. Realmente, ese parecía el motivo para no darnos el coche, por eso no aceptaban ninguna solución respecto al carnet de conducir. Deberíamos haber leído las reseñas antes de alquilar aquí, pero confiamos en que era una compañía grande. Jamás volveré a usar Sixt, me pareció una atención lamentable.

I took over the car, everything was fine, and when I returned it, the warranty was canceled for a so-called scratch that appeared on the paint of the car, but which was superficial, the paint was barely touched and could be seen from only one angle in the light. I understand that the warranty stops like the casco franchise, but I am extremely sure that no one will open a casco file for that scratch. In the future I will not take vans from here. If it had anything that could be called damage, i.e. the paint was damaged, something bent or not working properly, I would have understood and I would not have said anything, but not a small scratch that is not even visible and that it is possible to had before. In short: he tries to look professional, but he takes advantage of every opportunity to put some extra money in his pocket.

I received the following cars as a pre-delivery car until the one ordered from them was available:Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid that was all dent up and smelly. Previous lessor smoked inside the car and the smell was heavy.Peugeot 3008 2021 with a 1200 cmc petrol engine / 131 HP. This is the worst 3008 you can get; It was all scratched up because it didn't have metallic paint. Fuel economy 17L / 100 KM urbanNissan X-trail 2019, 150 HP. The car had a fissured windshield of aprox 3 cm that was fixed badly, and multiple dents across the bodywork.I have a bitter taste after this experience.

Kelsey Sorensen: September 2019The car we hired (Chevy Cruze) wasn't new like you'd get at a Europcar but it got us around safely and you get what you pay for.. Sometimes a rental car that's not in prestine condition is better anyway! Picked up at the office and dropped it off at the airport - there was some confusion at the airport, don't drop off at the rental car drop off but you have to call and they'll find you at short term parking. Overall an easy, mostly straight forward hire!

They rented us a car with no tools to change a spare tire and when we had a flat in Brasov and called them we were advised to change the tire ourseves. With no tools we had no option but to leave the car and hire a taxi to take us to our hotel. They were also very rude and unprofessional.Next day we realized the spare was also having a flat and bought a new tire in Brasov. They promised to reimburse us for the expenses incurred but never did. Will nevere ever rent from them again
Summit: Highly recommend this place to rent a car. They do not burden you with paying more things and additions. On the return, agent tried to claim we have caused one of the dents, that of course was not done by use ( as we had the pictures to show for it) and called us liars when we aruged that it was not true. Even though we had full coverage for damages and was not charged with any extras, needless to say we came out with a very bad feeling. It seems to be a dishonest car rental.
