Colinda Pijnenburg: We went through the entire application process in anticipation of our move to Bucharest. Filling in different forms, submitting essential documents, 3-hour test, online interview. After these efforts, it became quiet. No response to emails. The last hurdle was physically visiting the school. During this visit, the message was that a committee meets every week to decide on new applications. But it remains silent. Not a single response. So you pay 250 euros for: nothing.

X Md: Got an appointment at 8:30am after searching for a salon where they could do an early morning blow dry. Can’t remember the name of the lady who took care of me but she was great! They use sulfate free shampoo and she was excellent at figuring out my hair. In 30 minutes, I had a gorgeous bouncy style, with beachy waves. I’m going back tomorrow. I was dead tired after an 18hours flight and was roaming around downtown and was asking in the salons if there’s any stylist available just to wash my hair and blow dry it. And finally I came across GETT’S. By the time I got my hair washed I was so relaxed I couldn’t even explain properly to the hairstylist how I want my hair done, just showed her one picture and said “just make it natural, but classy, like I got off the yacht”.I have uneven bangs and long hair and Janina did her magic while I was almost falling asleep. I looked revived like if I had 8 hours of sleep and woke up on my best hair day!
Eka Kristesashvili: I went in person and made reservation for manicure and pedicur. Next day, I arrived in time and suddenly was told that they can not provide service. Only argument was that they had some problem , called me but some other person responded and said number was wrong. No excuse, no sorry, nothing. Staff were looking at me with confusion...I do not recomend this salon to anyone. They do not seem responsible, serious and attentive to customers.You Absolutely irresponsible business.. They not care of customers. I showed tel. Screen for incoming calls and it was nothing....instead to be sorry and CHECK (!!!!) what number was used for calling me...(of course they did not)...they ONLY informed me about cancellation and that"s it. No excuse, not being sorry, not feeling responsible for. Approach is not acceptable!!!They even did not offer or discuss any other possibility for me to get required service. I will let everyone around me NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE.

Katrin: Today I was in the salon GETT'S Hair Studio - Salon Downtown / Radisson Blu Calea Victoriei, I do not advise, I left disappointed and in a bad mood. I made an appointment today for eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and tomorrow for a pedicure. The master of the eyebrow turned out to be not only a non-professional, but also not a decent person. My wish was to color the eyebrows brown, but not too dark. I wanted to have my eyebrows dyed the same color that I had when I came to the salon, only my eyebrows were tinted with a pencil, and I wanted to cover them with paint. After the procedure, I looked in the mirror and saw that my eyebrows were 5 shades lighter. I very politely asked the master to correct this mistake. This was followed by a very long and unpleasant procedure that lasted 2.5 hours. I had to explain to the master and the receptionist, by the way, the receptionist was a very nice and polite girl. As a result, I was asked to wait first, then sign a document stating that I agree to repeat the staining procedure and I will not have any claims if my skin is damaged, I signed. Then the repainting procedure took place, the master was angry and did not try at all, and did it very sloppy! After that I was asked to pay for a second coloring procedure. All my arguments about the master's mistake and her lack of attention to the client were not heard. I paid a second time but canceled my pedicure appointment for tomorrow. This situation upset me and I remembered the usual and highly professional service in my native Ukraine and became a little sad. I have been arriving in Bucharest with my daughter and little grandson for a month now, and I wanted some positivity for myself, but I didn’t get it. I do not recommend the master of the eyebrow in this salon.

Am platit acum mai bine de 10 ani suma de 2500 lei ptr 4 alunite si 500 lei biopsia care ulterior am aflat ca a fost un fals cu hartiuta de la spitalul Elias, fiindca in urma laserului, proba carbonizata nu mai poate fi trimisa la biopsie. Asa ca ATENTIE! Mai am experiente tot aici cu dna dr Giurcaneanu, experiente negative, mamei mele i-a indepartat si cu laser si cu bisturiu niste alunite, tot fara sa fie nevoie doar ptr bani si arata groaznic asa zisele operatii, cicatrici, bataie de joc. Nu aveam nicio problema de piele insa aceasta clinica ne-a lasat niste urme si totul ptr ca doream preventie si au campanii, reclame de prevenire a problemelor de piele. O alta experienta a fost cu dna dr Naumescu, care a intarziat mult (toti intarzie cel putin 1-2 ore la consultatii, operatii, asa a fost la mine
