Dan Cristea: Revin cu o recenzie negativa. Am achizitionat niste pomi fructiferi foarte scumpi care s-au dovedit a fi crengi uscate. Cand am prezentat dovezi ca am plantat corect si ca au fost uscate au refuzat sa imi ofere banii inapoi pe motiv ca “plantele au garantie 5 minute, doar daca pe drum spre casa observati ceva se restituie banii”. Efectiv o mare nesimtire pe banii clientului. Rusine Dedeman pentru umilinta la care am fost supus ca am indraznit sa explic ca 5 minute garantie este inacceptabil.Pana la urma mi-a fost dat un “voucher pe termen scurt” probabil in speranta ca imi va expira (cata nesimtire!) si ca exceptie dar “sa nu mai vin si altadata la dedeman” si am fost certat public acolo cu toti alti clienti. Este o afacere romaneasca pe care doream sa o sustin in detrimentul celorlalte magazine de bricolaj din strainatate. Dar celelalte straine niciodata nu m-au tratat asa urat.
