Departamentul MRU: I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!Staff of unimaginable incompetence!!!For a week, I have been calling daily to send me the results of the tests, which they initially told me would take 3 days.They sent me partial results, and after days of conversations they sent me the results of another patient.Total lack of professionalism!
Princess D.: I called trying to make an appointment with the family doctor, the doctor I signed up for when I went to this clinic because it was close to home. Appointments cannot be made at this doctor, because the doctor is only a collaborator of the clinic, and appointments are made directly with you. OK, give me a contact number or information where I can hire her, I say. The lady on the phone suddenly becomes bothered by my insistence and immediately says "I don't have this information, ma'am, I just told you that you should contact the doctor directly for the appointment". I heard, obviously, but how do I get in touch, when I met the doctor and registered with you through your clinic?? That's about it, and now I'm searching the internet looking for the doctor... It's not the first negative experience at this clinic, I'll do everything I can to change the family doctor.... in conclusion, I do NOT recommend!

Florin Vișoiu: Total lack of professionalism. I had an EKG holter installed for nothing, it didn't record anything because it probably wasn't programmed properly, I was told when I went to download the recorded data that I couldn't be found in the holter program. The appointments are never kept, I don't understand why they are still being made. If you respect yourselves avoid this clinic from them you will not get anything like that just total lack of organization.
Vasile Nicolae Ivan: I had an appointment at 11:15.I arrived at 10:55.I entered the consultation after 12:45.Doctor - Bratu Veronica - nutritionist.will it be ok I suspect that all the consultations of that day were to be postponed.Of course I didn't receive a phone call beforehand...Too bad...I gave an extra star because I think the consultation/doctor was ok.
Radu Andrei: Total lack of monitoring of the vaccination situation of children in the district. Total lack of proactivity - in their opinion, parents should know what vaccines should be given and when, what vaccines have already been given, etc. Infrequent. Oh, and with 5 stars self-review.
