De fiecare data am optat pentru un abonament pe un an de zile si mereu m-am intalnit doar cu surprize.Cluburile mele de interes sunt Downtown pentru piscina si America House pentru sala (datorita proximitatii in care locuiesc). In acesti 2 ani ba a fost America House in renovare si a trebuit sa ma confrunt minim 6 luni cu dinsconfortul de pe santier, vestiare inchise, aparate prafuite, ba apoi au fost piscina si jacuzzi-ul inchise 1-2 luni pentru renovari in Downtown, urmand ca in noiembrie sa fie inchis jacuzzi-ul de tot pe perioada ”iernii”, timp de 6 luni - ca atat tine iarna in Romania. (jumatate din abonament )Vineri am primit comunicare ca va intra in renovare clubul Downtown pe durata a 3 luni si ca pot merge la alte cluburi in acest timp. (care evident ca nu sunt in aceeasi zona si necesita mult timp pierdut pe drum). Din nou sunt nevoita sa suport disconfortul pe banii mei, platiti in avans de anul trecut.M-am adresat conducerii pentru a solutiona aceasta problema. Am propus sa imi ofere acces la un alt club care este aproape de mine pe perioada renovarilor sau sa imi extinda abonamentul. Dupa ce am fost ignorata cu succes timp de 5 zile (si am fost nevoita sa insist in 3 e-mailuri ca sa fiu si eu bagata in seama), mi s-a comunicat ca imi pot oferi doar suspendarea completa a abonamentului (adica sa nu mai pot folosi niciun club) sau sa platesc 50 lei pe zi la piscina exterioara de la Radisson.Daca doriti sa va faceti nervi si sa fiti luati de fraieri, apelati cu incredere la serviciile World Class. :)

Balaure Ioana: De curând în zona piscinei s-a impus purtarea căștilor speciale pentru înot. Aceasta schimbare a regulamentului nu a fost adusă la cunoștința utilizatorilor decât printr-un text afișat la intrarea în piscină. Cred că la standardele la care se considera aceasta sală ,categorisită ca platinum, era de bun simț să nu mă trezesc trimisă acasă ca urmare a unei modificări de regulament neanunțată. În schimb, într-un mod ironic, mailul îmi este asaltat de nenumărate mesaje inutile de la ei. Bani multi, respect puțin față de clienți și timpul lor.

Nikoletta Szovák: In my opinion the entire company has to be punished due to the fact that the do not comply with the european law in regards discrimination of age or any kind of personal rights of human being to forbid a child to enter a child after 6 pm is not only ridiculous but also against the law as it is. Nothing else just cost saving activity which processed by discrimination . I would put the GM of the company into prison to dedicate enough time for him/her to learn european law!! In any civil country which is a member of european union would need to stop this kind of discrimination immediately! People joining the club are committing the crime in indirect ways by supporting such an inlegal company to survive!

Anamaria Slavu: Venim de cand cel mic avea cinci luni. Este curat, un loc extrem de potrivit pentru bebelusi. Cel mare stie deja sa inoate, iar cea mica are progrese uriase, ne-a ajutat inotul din toate punctele de vedere. In mod cert Florian este un om extraordinar. Omul sfinteste locul! As scrie o multime de lucruri despre el cat de dedicat, implicat si bun este in ceea ce face, de fapt, toti cei de acolo. As avea cate ceva de spus si despre conducere ca nu prea stie sa vorbeasca, incerc pe cat posibil sa am cat mai putine interactiuni. Insa dau cinci stele, nu pentru mine, ci pentru faptul ca copiii beneficiaza de tot profesionalismul oamenilor de acolo care fac ca bazinul acesta sa fie chiar cel mai bun din Bucuresti. Asta conteaza, multumesc oameni dragi!

În toată această perioadă, copilul nu a contactat nici măcar o simplă răceală de aici.Băiatul, abia așteaptă ziua de luni să se întâlnească cu "Florian" de care s-au atașat foarte mult.Mulțumim d-lui Florian, un instructor dedicat cu tot sufletul acestei meserii, pentru răbdarea și felul în care lucrează cu copilul.Recomand cu încredere celor interesați Acvatic Bebe Club.

Basically the instructor who was no more than 17 years old came took my little girl by the hand, told her her name and asked her in turn how to get wet and took her to the pool. At the pool, after 10 minutes of warming up, he put them in the water and asked them to put their heads under the water.
