Alexandru Constantin: Am colaborat foarte bine cu Uberhouse, colectivul este tanar si a fost foarte receptiv la toate solicitarile mele, au inteles foarte repede si clar ce am vrut, au venit rapid cu propuneri iar timpul de executie al proiectului a fost mai mult decat rezonabil. Documentatia a fost completa, nu am avut nicio problema la obtinerea autorizatiei de construire.
Constantin Busuioc: Absolut jalnic! Pe langa faptul ca lucreaza scump, sunt extrem de neseriosi. Contractul a fost semnat la inceputul lunii martie, e aproape septembrie si nu stim nimic despre starea proiectului. Comunicarea este dezastruasa, la inceput iti zic ca se ocupa ei de avize, apoi stiti, de fapt dumneavoastra. Un inginer de la ei din firma mi-a sugerat sa merg eu sa sap langa casa ce urmeaza a fi demolata ca sa verific adancimea fundatiei, in conditiile in care platim un pret premium care include si expertiza tehnica. Singurele ocazii in care am fost contactat de ei a fost cand mi-au trimis facurile, pe care le-am platit prompt. Sunt socat sa vad ca au recenzii pozitive, probabil multe dintre ele sunt platite sau false. Aceasta greseala ne va costa scump, probabil un an in plus de amanat constructia casei. Sunt multe alte birouri de arhitectura serioase si profesioniste. Acesta nu este printre ele.
