Andrei Buzoianu: Very poorly prepared. Do not check the CV of the people you recommend. In my case, the housekeeper/nanny knew 3 foreign languages according to her CV, in reality she didn't know any. The charged commission is extremely high, and when it came to coming up with another recommendation, the proposed persons did not even meet the basic requirements.

They don't want to answer to the phone.... when I needed substitution because previous nanny broke her leg, they needed like almost full week to find it, and they even forgot about us....second time when we needed substitution because new nanny was sick they never replied.... they left us without nanny.... and all this happened in those 2 months that are in contract, when they are obligated to find substitution.... and they are expensive, 200lei to see the nanny, and 70% of nanny salary for contract...
