Alex Florin: Am achizitionat un produs defect marca Nesspreso din magazinul KitchenShop, am cerut inlocuirea lui, nefiind folosit nici macar odata, iar ei au spus ca il trimit in service, si ca nu e treaba lor, un personal care nu cunoaste deloc ce inseamna relatia vanzator-client, vor doar sa vanda, dupa te poti spala cu produsul pe cap, chiar daca ei ti-l ofera defect. O sa fac plangere la ANPC, in magazin te mint si te duc cu zaharelul sustinund ca au niste proceduri, proceduri care pe tine ca si client, te obliga sa stai cu banii dati, fara a te bucura de produs, doar ca sa treaca termenul legal de retur, pe scurt, te iau de prost.

Elena Dobre: Nice offer and reasonable prices. I gave 3 stars for the employees: 3 ladies doing nothing at the counter who were already tired. I asked them wrap my products in a gift paper and they said they don't have boxes, even though I just asked them to wrap the things. I preferred to do it myself at home instead of waiting for somebody with lack of energy and no client service interest.
