They use sulfate free shampoo and she was excellent at figuring out my hair. In 30 minutes, I had a gorgeous bouncy style, with beachy waves. I’m going back tomorrow. I was dead tired after an 18hours flight and was roaming around downtown and was asking in the salons if there’s any stylist available just to wash my hair and blow dry it. And finally I came across GETT’S. By the time I got my hair washed I was so relaxed I couldn’t even explain properly to the hairstylist how I want my hair done, just showed her one picture and said “just make it natural, but classy, like I got off the yacht”.I have uneven bangs and long hair and Janina did her magic while I was almost falling asleep. I looked revived like if I had 8 hours of sleep and woke up on my best hair day!

Only argument was that they had some problem , called me but some other person responded and said number was wrong. No excuse, no sorry, nothing. They not care of customers. I showed tel. Screen for incoming calls and it was nothing....instead to be sorry and CHECK (!!!!) what number was used for calling me...(of course they did not)...they ONLY informed me about cancellation and that"s it. No excuse, not being sorry, not feeling responsible for. Approach is not acceptable!!!They even did not offer or discuss any other possibility for me to get required service. I made an appointment today for eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and tomorrow for a pedicure. The master of the eyebrow turned out to be not only a non-professional, but also not a decent person. My wish was to color the eyebrows brown, but not too dark. I wanted to have my eyebrows dyed the same color that I had when I came to the salon, only my eyebrows were tinted with a pencil, and I wanted to cover them with paint. After the procedure, I looked in the mirror and saw that my eyebrows were 5 shades lighter. I very politely asked the master to correct this mistake. This was followed by a very long and unpleasant procedure that lasted 2.5 hours. I had to explain to the master and the receptionist, by the way, the receptionist was a very nice and polite girl. As a result, I was asked to wait first, then sign a document stating that I agree to repeat the staining procedure and I will not have any claims if my skin is damaged, I signed. Then the repainting procedure took place, the master was angry and did not try at all, and did it very sloppy! After that I was asked to pay for a second coloring procedure. BIANCA B: I had the deep tissue massage at Eden Spa Victoriei, a pretty disappointing experience. It was actually a wannabe relaxing massage, with a loooot of oil included, the lady didn't seem like she was in the mood for working at all. Maybe they don't pay their employees enough, but for sure they don't have proper training. The prices are the same as the ones from Ida Spa, but the quality of the massage and the whole experience is way lower. So if you really want a therapeutic massage that's worth the price, go to Ida Spa.

Christian Schulthess: The Spa is difficult to find (cellar). No one knows where it is (Radisson Hotel). Years ago it was easy to find (1st floor on the way to the gym) amd really professional and friendly staff (e.g. April). Now, the staff sits the whole day around doing nothing. As usual I asked for deep tissue. Unfortunately what you get these days is not a deep tisssue massage but instead max. a feel good light touching for 1 hour. foot reflexology was ok. It used to be my favorite Spa in Bucharest, but today was awful. Shower not possible, no ginger/honey tea as in the good days. Really a pitty this low quality they offer now. Sophisticated Spa visitors will immediately notice. Sure it works well to rip off tourists which don’t book massages on a regular basis and do not feel a difference because they can’t tell and feel the difference from oil massge, thai, balinese and deep tissue. it seems the staff has the same program for each kind of massage.
Daria Militaru: A very pleasant experience with an aromatherapy massage.The location is clean and beautifully decorated, and the therapist was very attentive to my needs during the massage.On the day before the appointment, you receive an e-mail about how the appointment will proceed, but I didn't really find anything from it:- It is mentioned that it would be preferable to arrive at the appointment 15 minutes before, in order to have time to be led to the salon, where you will receive a changing room for your personal belongings, a change of robe and ginger tea to be able to relax and meditate before of therapy.- I arrived 15 minutes earlier, but I stayed near the reception until the appointment time, I didn't receive either a robe or a changing room for my personal belongings. I stored these in the massage room on a support.All in all, a very pleasant experience in the actual therapy and I would like to come back on another occasion.

Calitatea masajului a fost slaba, chiar neconforma uneori in ceea ce privește tehnicile de baza ale masajului, nu se aplica presiune direct pe coloana. Masajul capilar a fost ...de Doamne fereste.Va rog evaluați terapeutele inainte de a le angaja...

The center looks very good and everything is perfected in the smallest details (cleaning, facilities, furnished spaces, changing room, relaxation room).I recommend!

Georgiana Tirca: There’re no words to describe the atmosphere, services and the professionalism of the ladies in THAIco in the Radisson hotel. Risva is pure joy and perfection and a therapist and I will be forever grateful for offering to perform a back adjustment (not included in the booked services) just because she saw that I have an issue. I did not ask for it, but her grace and willingness to offer her all to a client have forever altered my perception of what an impeccable service is. I will be a repeat customer as I have never felt more special in a spa than the hours spent in THAIco (and I do enjoy trying places for a spa experience..but now my quest is over). This is the place to go in Bucharest! ❤️

Sezen Gvn: Got an appointment at short notice, great reception at the door, the advice was more like "impose opinion", hairwash was realxing.I wanted strong curls and repetit it around 3 times and showed a picture he said he's using jusy a diffrent method but i rather got light waves. I asked just that they should survive this night and I was told the waves would last at least 4 days.Result really not at all as expected with an unprofessional touch the wave least around 4 hours. To expensive for what I got!
