Jamie Colpean: The atmosphere is really good...as is the food and service. Would give them 4 stars for atmosphere except that I was punctured by the staples in the chair I was sitting in which drew blood in multiple spots. The issue was ONLY with 1 chair and the staff were quite helpful and apologetic.The steak was cooked nicely medium.

Royal Cake: I ordered with delivery, quite expensive for what the menu had to offer, the Smokey burger was ok, the meat well done, but it wasn't so good that it was worth 70 lei. On the other hand, I couldn't eat the potatoes even with 14 lei sauce, they had no taste and smelled like fertilizer.

Very attentive staff, even if it was quite crowded at that time, they tried to make sure you don't have to wait too long. The order from the kitchen came in a reasonable time and the food was very good. I had a beef burger which was great. Good wine and served correctly. OK prices for the old center. It deserves a try.

It took one hour for our food to arrive, although there were other customers who arrived after we did and got their food faster. The burger was dry. I like well done meat, but that doesn't mean it should be dry. When we asked for the check, they told us we have to pay cash, they should have told us thos information before ordering. Nice staff, but seemed overwhelmed and distracted. Good steak and lemonade.

The toppings were on the side which makes it easier to construct the burgers to your liking.They gave us a complementary birthday dessert at the end as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday.Overall very satisfying and pleasant experience. Can’t wait to come back again to try out their steaks.

Marius Vasile: The burgers ordered were nothing special, especially with the price of over +100 lei. Dry potatoes and absolutely tasteless salad.The meat and cheese platters are an absolute joke at the respective prices, with tomatoes that have no taste and a sliced bread that you can get for 2-3 lei from Mega Image.The staff is very ok but the food is disappointing, in a place where you leave 350-400 lei upwards.

Claudia Milan: Not what we were expecting for such a so called high-class restaurant. First of all, coming from Canada, I found that service was very slow, the waither was polite but slow as I said, food was ordinary, again maybe I had high expectations because it's a famous restaurant. We ate stakes around the world and I can't say the ones from this resto will be one to remember. I feel people are coming here because of the fame of this place but turn out to be dissapointed in the end. I can't recommend this to any traveler but price wise was ok, not cheap, not expensive altough I did not like what I ate. Also if you want to change a thing in the menu(adjust or change salsa or the sides) forget it, they''l not do it. I was particulary surprised by this because in any other country they'll try to accomodate you.Dietary restrictions: They don't accomodate dietary restrictions.
Ciprian Bobo: I came to the Vacamuu restaurant expecting a service that I knew was exceptional, 3-4 years ago. Unfortunately, I found an unkempt restaurant, with untidy tables on the terrace, and with a staff totally out of step with the situation, and without any kind of organization. 10 occupied tables on the terrace, and that's all, and it took them 15 minutes to bring us the menu and... After another 15 minutes, no one came to take our order or even ask us if we want a glass of water. We got up and left. For a restaurant where you easily leave 400-500 ron, it is unacceptable to wait 30 minutes, or even more, just to order.
Iris de winter: We expected a good experience in this steakhouse and all I can say is that it is way much expensive for what they offered. The meat has nothing special, you pay 80 EUR for something that you can find half price in other restaurants. They "forgot" the salad and the fries that were mentioned "included". I have read a lot of good reviews for this venue and perhaps we were just unlucky. Definitely I won't recommend to my friends. Sorry, guys!

Bij binnenkomst helemaal achterin de marmeren trap rechts omhoog en dan weer terug naar achteren lopen.De bediening is hier zeer vriendelijk en professioneel, echt wat je verwacht in een restaurant. De kaart is praktisch en duidelijk ingericht en er is voor ieder wat wils. De steaks zijn hier van Top kwaliteit en dat proef je terug in de rijke smaak.De wijnkaart is ook zeer uitgebreid en de wijnen die ik op heb (lokale Roemeense) waren outstanding. Mijn tafelgenoot had een Old Fashioned die ook echt goed gemaakt was. Niet zo lafjes maar echt waar je op hoopt.Wat ook leuk is dat wij bij de US Prime steaks een mes aan tafel mochten uitzoeken. Dit was wel een extra beleving.Al met al een hele dikke aanrader als je van steaks, wijn, cocktails en goede ambiance houdt.

Freek!: As to be expected, food and wine is good. Service is great, in our case by Mihaela with a little help from Dani. You may discuss the price level but it is in the Radisson Blu. Service is able to advise on menu and matching wine, not just suggesting the most expensive one. Professional and never uncomfortable, preparing steak tartare at the table, initiating an off-the-menu dessert.If you stay in the hotel, no need to go outside, enjoy this fine kitchen.

Adelina Sandu: I chose this place based on the reviews. I say with disappointment that the score of 4.3 does not reflect reality. Maybe the food is good, but unfortunately we didn't get to that point. We ordered something to drink and asked the waiter to leave us the food menu, not having decided what we want to order yet. The waiter's answer was that he can't leave the menu on the table because it doesn't look nice and there is a risk of it getting stained, so he took it from us. I do not recommend this place because of the staff.

Saqer Alammar: It’s a nice or fairly fancy spot in the Old Town, as part of the Hilton’s lobby. The burger was good, but nothing special. I had the Blue cheese burger. What threw me off was the waitress’ desperation for me to pay the bill. I was still working on my fries when she had approached me for the second time asking me if she can take my plate away. Mind you the restaurant was nearly empty, so I couldn’t understand why she was in a rush.

Richard Hassel: Had the beef burger and honestly it's close to a really really good experience. Ambience is good, service good, fries were the best I've had (not sure you can call them fries really - try them and see what I mean). However, they lost me on the burger itself. It was overdone and slightly bland. Get some salt on there, maybe some additional spices and fry it till its just barely pink inside and juice.. That's the proper way. If they'd done that this would have EASILY been 5/5 and a big recommendation. I feel a bit strict giving 4/5,vut honestly it just could've been perfect... Know what I mean?
Hadar Shmuelov: Great place, I stayed in the Hilton's so that was my go - to restaurant.The food is nice, I had Omelettes, Ceasar Salad, Burger (with blue cheese!) And cheese cake, all was good.The service is absolutely great, we we're taken care of by a wonderful lady named Daniella, she took care of all our needs and she did delightfully.Of course everyone was very nice, but she was exceptional.If you appreciate good food and service in the Old Town, that's the place.

Andrei Voicu: I served a cheeseburger, everything is fine. Even though I asked for it medium and it was served well done, it was very good and the fries were delicious. A big minus for the sauce, it's the first time in many years that I've been served with ketchup. I think that if you used mayonnaise instead, it would be much better and the dish would look premium, not low-cost.Overall, excellent service and very pleasant location, I recommend.

The staff rushed me through my meal, not allowing me to finish my soup before bringing out the meat. They also neglected the interactive aspect by placing the meat on a hot rock instead of letting me cook it myself, which was the reason I chose to dine there. As a result, I had to eat quickly and now feel uncomfortable in my stomach. The lack of customer service was disappointing

Athanassia Pilati: Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ καλή παρότι η σερβιτόρα δεν ήταν και πολύ χαμογελαστή.. Ήξερε Αγγλικά και ήταν πολύ βοηθητική στις επιλογές μας. Η ιδέα να ψήνονται τα φαγητά σχάρας σχεδόν μπροστά σου - σε μια μεγάλη, κεντρική ψησταριά - είναι ξεχωριστή αλλά το καλοκαίρι αυτό κάνει τον εσωτερικό χώρο ιδιαίτερα ζεστό. Ωστόσο υπάρχει και η επιλογή του εξωτερικού χώρου... Μέσα η διακόσμηση είναι προσεγμένη με ιδιαίτερα στοιχεία χωρίς υπερβολές.. Η είσοδος είναι αυτή που τραβάει τα βλέμματα με τις λουλουδένιες λεπτομέρειες της.. Ότι παραγγείλαμε ήταν νόστιμο και οι τιμές φυσιολογικές. Θα έλεγα ότι εκεί έφαγα το ωραιότερο papanaci (το τοπικό γλυκό που μοιάζει σαν ντόνατ). Έτσι τα θετικά είναι πολλά, οπότε το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Nu este cazul să intru în amănunte...sunt convins ca foarte mulți ati fost aici și că aveți deja o părere personală. Punctual ma voi referii la City Grill ! Am fost invitat aici cu ocazia unui eveniment de familie.Restaurant cu ceva tradiție, arată ok si are un personal amabil. Este mai atractiv la parter si mai puțin atractiv la etaj, chiar dacă spațiul este mai generos. Mâncarea este ok(nimic special, chiar dacă denumirile sunt pompoase!), porții corecte la un preț mare! Totul este scump si FOARTE scump! Comanda durează cam o ora sau peste...daca nu-i aglomerat! Am mâncat, am băut putin si am plătit cam 700 lei /5pers .Fără desert sau băuturi alcoolice. Doar apa minerală.Eu zic ca nu merita...dvs puteti incerca! 😄 Sa fim sănătoși și să mai experimentam!
