Adrian Gheorghiu: I paid extended warranty1. The extended warranty is conditional on performing 2 revisions every 2 years2. The 2 revisions are paid separately, without mentioning a price reference.We were told between 320 and 500 lei for a revision, that the price is done "by eye"...In conclusion, the extended warranty is a big stick, but since no one reads abusive contracts written in fine print, we are good at paying EVEN if 1000 lei were claimed for each "revision".Why I say the extended warranty is a big scam: if they pick up your boiler to "repair" it for you and keep it in service for "x" months, THEY WILL NOT EXTEND YOUR WARRANTY by the time they serviced your boiler. There is no question of extending your warranty for another period for the replaced part.In conclusion, we will give up on Vaillant, because they are not the only company in the market, EXACTLY DUE TO the phenomenon of JAPCA DURING THE WARRANTY.
Horia Comaniciu: It's a pity that I can't offer less than one star. Don't buy Protherm Ray power plants because none of the service centers indicated by them deal with power plants. I asked Vaillant Group Romania for help by phone and I was rushed.
Mihai Costache: Scammers. I bought a condensing boiler and they asked 500 lei to put it into operation and for the warranty to come into force, i.e. to connect 2 wires and make a sheet. Really? 20% of the value has to be paid for this thing? I do not recommend. The power plant is ok, but the services offered by this company are 0.

The service people tell me that they have inventory and they cannot remove parts from the warehouse. They think it's ok to leave a family with a 2-year-old child in the cold in the winter because they can't remove a piece from the inventory. That's customer service!
