Κώστας Κουτρουμπάκης: Το χειρότερο σημείο για να πάρει κανείς αυτοκίνητο.Ο υπάλληλος αγενής μέχρι του σημείου να βρίζει τους πελάτεςΤο Σάββατο 1/7/2023 το πρωί κι ενώ περιμέναμε να παραλάβουμε το όχημα μας ,προσήλθε στο desk ένας πελάτης για να επιστρέψει όχημα. Ο υπάλληλος αφού εξήγησε ότι είναι μόνος του , επέπληξε τον άνθρωπο γιατί έφερε το όχημα μπροστά στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου. Ακολούθως κι ενώ απομακρύνθηκε ο πελάτης για να εξυπηρετήσει εμάς , τον έβρισε και γέλασε μπροστά μας.Ε λοιπόν την ίδια τύχη είχαμε κι εμείς την επόμενη μέρα κατά την επιστροφή του δικού μας οχήματος.Πληροφοριακά την Κυριακή το πρωί στις 2/7/2023 το κέντρο του Βουκουρεστίου είχε κλειστούς δρόμους λόγω εκδηλώσεων με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να προσεγγίσουμε το χώρο παράδοσης.Περιμένω σίγουρα εξηγήσεις από την εταιρεία για την ανάρμοστη συμπεριφορά, την έλλειψη προσωπικού παρά την αυξημένη κίνηση και περιμένω να δω πως θα εξελιχθεί η πίστωση των χρημάτων από την εγγύηση του οχήματος.Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, αντιτουριστική και απορίας άξιο πώς είναι δυνατόν να συμβαίνουν αυτά στο χώρο ενός ξενοδοχείου πέντε αστέρων.Διαμαρτύρομαι πάρα πολύ έντονα!!!!!!
Michael Yudovin: לא מומלץ לקחת מהסניף הזה,במיוחד בסופי שבוע,יש רק נציג אחד שמוסר (זמן שלקח לקבל רכב יותר משעה)ומקבל את רכבים,נציג היה מאוד עצבני וכועס.שוב תחשבו פעמיים לפי שלוקחים מסניף הזה.גם חשוב לציין שקבלתי רכב משודרג שעל זה תודה רבה.

Γιάννα Πρωτόπαπα: Μας κράτησαν 720€ ασφάλεια για 1 ημέρα ενοικίασης και μας τα επέστρεψαν 1 μήνα αργότερα μετά από παρέμβαση της τράπεζάς μας, στην οποια είπαν ότι είχαν ξεχάσει να τα επιστρέψουν, ενώ σε εμάς απαντούσαν επανειλλημένα ότι τα έχουν επιστρέψει και απλά δεν έχουν ακόμα φανεί. Το προσωπικό βαριόταν να κάνει τη δουλειά του και μας απαντούσαν με ύφος ότι τα έχουν επιστρέψει και να μην τους παίρνουμε γιατί έχουν και άλλες δουλειές. Σκέτη κοροϊδία και εκμετάλλευση

At first it wall fine but for a one day rent that was 40$ they blocked 720$ from my bank account that was going to be unblocked when I returned the car as an insurance. When I did they said it will be unblocked immediately. After 2 days nothing happened and I started calling but they said it has already been done and they were rude.Long story short, one month later and after many emails my bank called them and the answer was "we forgot it" and we will unblocked immediately. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Sheldon Muchmore: Rented a car on the 27th of December and when we went to collect it, we were told that my friend's debit card was not valid, despite it being from the main bank of Malta.My HSBC debit card was considered valid, but was not allowed because it was not in the driver's name.We have rented in Greece, Croatia, and Serbia with no issues, so no idea why it was an issue in Romania.Use anyone but Sixt in Bucharest.

Alexandra Dumitru: I still can't believe it, but the staff is under any criticism. They make their own terms and conditions, without taking into account that Sixt has a global policy. They tried to negotiate, to settle the deposit for the car by ear, in front of me, under the conditions that I opted for full insurance with 0 franchise fee. Initially it was 600€, then wait it was 500€, on the phone the booking center told me around 300€. This is for a Renault Clio. I can't believe we're talking about Sixt. I left without taking the car, it seemed to me that we were at the market
Irene Sánchez: Avoid It!!!Un desastre, no volveremos a alquilar con esta compañía jamás. Se quedaron con nuestro dinero sin darnos el coche porque la persona que había contratado el alquiler se había olvidado el carnet de conducir. Ofrecimos pagar un segundo conductor que si llevaba el carnet encima, también ofrecimos una foto del carnet de conducir del titular, buscarlo en la aplicación de tráfico... Nada, en cuanto vieron la posibilidad de quedarse los casi 300 euros sin darnos el coche la aprovecharon. Habíamos pagado el importe de seguro a todo riesgo, quitando la franquicia. Pese a nuestras quejas pidiendo alguna alternativa, no hubo ninguna solución, se quedaron el total de nuestro dinero a cambio de nada. Además, el empleado que nos atendió era maleducado y rozaba la chulería, cero empatía, parecía que disfrutaba de dejarnos sin coche y sin dinero. También hay que tener mucho cuidado porque, aunque en las condiciones del contrato pone que hay que presentar el medio de pago con el que se haya pagado, si has pagado con débito no lo aceptan y te exigen tarjeta de crédito, alegando que en Rumanía es así. Realmente, ese parecía el motivo para no darnos el coche, por eso no aceptaban ninguna solución respecto al carnet de conducir. Deberíamos haber leído las reseñas antes de alquilar aquí, pero confiamos en que era una compañía grande. Jamás volveré a usar Sixt, me pareció una atención lamentable.

Michael Keimeyer: Es war sehr schön, die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich.Der Mitarbeiter bei der Abgabe ebenfalls, allerdings tat er mir leid weil gerade sehr viel los war.Navigation hatte ich nicht gebucht und deshalb wurde sie deaktiviert bei meinem GLC den ich gebucht hatte. Das empfinde ich als merkwürdig und bin ich so nicht gewöhnt in Deutschland.

בניהו גלעד: המוכר היה ממש לא נעים חסר סבלנות וחצוף , ניסה לקחת מאיתנו עוד כסף . השכרנו בבוקרשט מכניות ובדרך כלל יש ביטוח כלול דברו טוב כי שמה זה לא כלול אז אתה צריך לשלם עוד כסף על הביטוח שזה יוצא עוד 65 יורו ל5 ימים .במחיר הזה יכולנו לקחת רכב הרבה יותר טוב וחדיש .בקיצור לא ממליץ יש עוד הרבה חברות ממש נוחות שאנחנו השכרנו מהם פעם שעברה .( ממליץ על addcar ,+40736733514)

Ti imbambolano dicendo che era scritto dietro al contratto, in minuscolo, senza indicazioni. Mai più auto a noleggio, sono solo per i ricchi. Bocciatissimi

Lucian Narita: Just completed a rental from this location, we needed a car cu accommodate our group of 6 people. We received a 2022 Ford Transit in very good shape. The staff was friendly, they were very responsive when calling this location. There were no issues at the rental time and no unnecessary charges.
