ioana limoncu: Nu au scos nici petele de niciun fel (carioca, murdarie uzuala, pipi pisica) de pe fotoliu, nici mirosul de pisica. Covorul e in continuare parat si miroase a praf si imbacsit. Intarziere de 2 zile fata de termenul stabilit de ei pentru un singur covor. Curatarea unui coltar de 5 locuri, alte 4 fotoliu prin injectie-aspiratie s-a realizat in mai putin de o ora si jumatate, fata de alte firme de curatenie care lucrau peste 4 ore. Lavinia V: Nu recomand aceasta spalatorie. Am dorit sa facem o curatare generala a covoarelor din casa (nefiind patate sau foarte murdare, dar avand pisica am dorit sa le curatam dupa un an de folosinta). Covoarele respective erau shaggy type, cumparate cu un an inainte, cate 2/3 bucati din acelas tip de covor (in total 7). Mi-au fost intoarse cu intarziere fata de termenul agreat. Bucati intregi din covoare nu mai sunt shaggy ci s-a ajuns la baza covorului. Au fost aduse murdare, mirosind a fum de tigara. In plus, am gasit in momentul in care le-am desfasurat muc de tigara si alte mizerii (inclusiv pietricele, lemnisoare, etc). Covoarele respective s-au intors mai murdare decat atunci cand le-am dat la curatare si urat mirositoare. Au refuzat orice responsabilitate pentru starea covoarelor si nu au aratat pic de profesionalism in abordare.Va sugerez cu caldura sa cautati cat mai multe informatii despre dansii inainte de a apela la serviciile lor. Eu am facut acest lucru dupa fapt si am vazut ca experienta mea este foarte similara cu a multor alte persoane.Service:General carpet cleaning
