Roxana Milom: Sunt clientă a magazinului, de cca 6 luni cumpăr lunar hrana si accesorii pentru câine și pisică si nu au fost probleme.Problema a intervenit cand am cumparat o lesa retractabila, care nu funcționează. Abia desfăcută din cutie, nouă, nu se retrage, doar s-a desfășurat.Am mers la magazin pentru a o inlocui sau a cumpăra alta pe loc, avand nevoie atunci. Nu au schimbat produsul, nu am putut cumpăra altul pe loc, mi-au indicat un afis din magazin unde scrie ca procedura lor este sa returneze la depozit peste 3 zile, urmând sa fiu sunata de la depozit.Am mers la alt magazin, am cumpărat o lesă și am revenit sa cer returnarea banilor.Pentru ca am insistat si am dat o alternativă legală ca sa imi poată da banii inapoi pe loc, managerul de magazin a spus abia atunci că imi poate da o lesă cu împrumut pana se rezolva cu cea neconformă. Doar ca eu cumpărasem deja alta.Este o experiență foarte neplăcută din cauza timpului pe care il pierd pe drumurile catre magazin si din cauza atitudinii managerului de magazin, care nu a avut nicio deschidere sa rezolve problema, ci s-a cramponat de afișul pus la vedere.M-a deranjat atitudinea "noi suntem acoperiți, așa că nu ne interesează problemele tale, hai la revedere".Este absurd, dar în final, fac 3 drumuri pentru a (nu) cumpăra o lesă.Recomandare: un curs de comunicare si customer care pentru angajații magazinului și mai multă preocupare din partea conducerii magazinului pentru satisfacția și retenția clienților.

Vecinii au observat ca motanul nu s a mai dus la usile lor și intr adevar nu se mai simte nici un miros! La mine in casa la fel! Sunt foarte mulțumită, iar până acum nu a trebuit sa reimprospatez pufurile! Substanta nu are un miros urât si nu este toxica nici pentru om si nici pentru animal ! Dupa aprox. 2 ore omul nu mai simte mirosul , dar pisica da și nu se mai apropie sa facă "ceva" in locul respectiv. 👍
