A kind gentleman kept us company and at his suggestion I decided to replace the battery in my wife's Tissot, even if the watch was working within normal parameters. At the end, I received the results of the tightness tests: my wife's Tissot is within normal limits, mine is not. I ordered a sealing kit for my Tissot and a bracelet for the other one. Since they were not in stock, I left the phone number to be contacted. I was never called.

Dragos Bogatu: Great service! Instead of making straight away an appointment to look at my watch, the employee took the time over the phone to understand my issue. By doing so, he figured out the watch only needed some adjustment to which instructions could be given over the phone, thus saving me the trip there.
Daniel: I went with an automatic Tissot to the service because the dial had moved. They told me that some parts needed to be changed, they changed them, I went and took the watch and noticed that the hour and minute hands were not aligned, so you couldn't fit the watch at 12 o'clock. Neither the timer nor the minute minder were on center. I took it back, they aligned the indicators and now when I move the clock more suddenly it rattles inside. Please do not take the watches there for service. They don't have a watchmaker, they have a shoemaker probably.

Paul Badea: My experience was poor. I had my Breitling and my TagHeuer for service with them. The Breitling was affected by water and needed its whole mechanism replaced. They recommended a less expensive solution- which was indeed very helpful.I didn’t mind the price was more than double the price of the mechanism on the market, because I figured the warranty they were offering was worth the price difference.They moved relatively fast and within the estimated delivery time for the Breitling.I decided to leave the Breitling with them until they have solved the Tag also- which was missing a button.The issue was that after a month since my last contact with them- where they said they would come back with news - I still haven’t heard from them. I started texting them with no answer to 6 messages over the course of 2 weeks.Finally, when I called on a different number, a young lady answered, and after threatening to get in touch with the owners things started moving.Still no solution for the Tag, but at least I got my Breitling back.Very poor customer service. But the service people seemed to know what they were doing.
