Hin Codreanu: I booked for manicure on 31st May, I booked 1 week before for 2 peoples. But when I arrived at Rouge Nail bar in Afi mall, the reception guy was so confused, and they almost refused us. Not only that, two ladies there whose on their term, at 18:30, they had the worst attitude with clients that I never met in my 5 years in Romania. And the lady who did my nails, felt like she intended to cut my skin to blood for at least 4 fingers nails without any apology for her mistake, and it was painful. And also I never seen any one that did the worst semi-permanent ever, all the edges just looked like I did to myself I mean very bad, that why I need somebody is professional do nails for me. And now my skin around all hurt after 5 days, and the the paint gone off only after 3 days. What a "great" job and "great" attitude of them.The thing is I went once on last Christmas, and everything was ok, the girl who did for me super cute and kind, that's why i came back, but this time was so disappointed me.Absolutely not recommended. And They're not even deserved 1 stars.Two first photos I took when she just done, and the last just now, after 5 days

I chose this salon because it was at the mall and the location was convenient. I asked the girl who did my pedicure to use my professional utensils, disinfected and used every time at other salons without any problems, she accepted and started sticking the curette until it filled me with blood... I told her that it hurts me to take care and with all this he filled me with blood on 4 fingers.... In the end, he gave me baneocin and told me to be careful... exactly what you expect from a pedicure. After this experience, I also used baneocin and hydrogen peroxide and betadine, but still having a red thumb, extremely painful and uncomfortable visually and physically. Ajunsa acolo angajatele se vopseau respectiv isi spalau parul una alteia deci din start nu m au putut lua la vopsit ca de... Erau prea ocupate! La mani am avut o experienta pe care nu am sa o uit niciodata, mai exact manichiurista mi a spus ca ea nu stie sa faca baby boomer, french sau alt model si ca nu lucreaza pe unghii lungi ca ale mele de ferentari! Nah, acolo la dansele se prezintă doar femei de afaceri care au unghii scurte! Daca nu stii nimic despre persoana careia ii adresezi aceste afirmatii mai bine taci! Nu stii niciodata cine este si ce face! Urat! Vazand manichiurista noastra in cauza ca nu i prea reusesc unghiile si ca mi le a facut in valuri de puteam sa ma dau cu barca pe gelul pus acolo mi a recomandat sa mi le tai si sa imi pun tipsuri ca sa fie drepte! Dubios! Ce pot sa spun despre pedi este ca nu am mai avut parte de ea deoarece erau si alte programari! Partea si mai intetesanta si nasola a fost ca am asteptat pentru un vopsit de radacini, repet aveam mani pedi si vopsit in acelasi timp, cand in sfarsit cineva m a preluat la vopsit m a lasat cu vopseaua in cap o ora de mi s a iritat scalpul si mi s a ars radacina firului de par datorita timpului prea mare de stat cu amoniacul in cap!!! De regula la saloane nu se mai folosesc produse cu amoniac pentru par!Este unul dintre cele mai proaste, incompetente si dezorganizate saloane la care am fost!!!Services:Hairstyling,Pedicure,Manicure

Анна Станіславівна Затонська: The worst manicure I had ever!!!!!!- We started 50 min late!- Admin started to remove my nail polish (which was gel and I didn’t know about it) and hurt and damaged my nails. Still it hurts to touch them. She didn’t know it was a gel, but why would you let an administrator to touch my nails???? If she couldn't understand it was a gel- nail master charged me extra money for rubber, which I didn’t ask to apply. This is not professional. You had to tell me that it is an extra charge.- instead of 140 lei I payed 180. Bonus to this- I was waiting 50 min and got hurt :))))))))Then about 15 min I was discussing this with the manager who was defending herself and (thank you so much!!!) agreed to return 10 lei FunSo now you know how they treat their clients) in this saloon their slogan is NOT “the client is always right”, but “the client is always guilty idiot”Service:Manicure
