Darian Sastre: They look like an official store, but they are just resellers with higher prices. They also don't have a return policy. Staff also a bit unfriendly. What a joke.

Cristina P: Se pare ca Samsung este un brand prea mare ca sa vanda direct la utilizatorii finali. In toate locatiile sunt de fapt magazine partenere - francize cu adaosuri diferite. Magazinul din AFI este firma Estep B2B SA, care practica preturi cu adaos mare.Concret, am platit 140 lei pe aceeasi carcasa care la Samsung Baneasa costa 80 lei.Magazinul din Baneasa are si mult mai multe produse expuse (pt testare), punct de service +diverse servicii.
alex varu: I went to the shop in AFI center to buy one of theyre products which on the site was listed at a different price.They didn't mention if the price is for online purchase or if it is the price of the product they sell.In the shop the vendor says is 30% more expensive !! He tried to find out why but he couldn't give me an answer...I emailed them and they didn't even answer... very dissapointing from SAMSUNG...I use only samsung electronics in my house...

K: Updated review (10/Mar/2023)… I visited the orange shop and bought an 8gb sim for 32 RON (about 7 Euro) which comes with a free 60gb of data. Actually I bought the same one last month and when I had run low bought another one.Not all staff members speak English but I’m sure you could get what you need using Google translate.
