If you bring food (its not allowed) but if you do then don't bring anything that will make a lot of noise since you will be scolded by other spectators for making noise as the movie volume is as loud as in a regular cinema. The seats are old but comfortable and the sound system isn’t perfect but does the job. The place seems clean and well kept for one of the oldest theaters in Bucharest. They show movies from all over and each week feature something new!what a blessing having such a great place in the neighborhood! No problems and look forward to enjoying another movie soon!

Negatives is that they only play the movie if they have at least 4 people, the screen is high so you tend to be looking up, and it gets chilly inside so bring an extra sweater.

Love the fact that you can purchase tickets online, as well as on the spot, at 1/3 of the price of regular cinema tickets. The acoustics of the viewing room are amazing. That being said, sound carries, so unless you want the entire room to know your topic of discussion, keep your voice to a whisper. If you love an immersing experience, you will love coming to see movies here since the audience is much more respectful than that going to regular cinemas. One last useful bit of information is that they show only the schedule per week, so you can't really plan to go see a movie a month in advance LOL
