Hugeanu Florentina: Comanda efectuata in Ikea Palady, un dulap, o noptiera, 2 paturi și 2 saltele. Livrare la timp (mai puțin o saltea-stiam că vine din alt depozit), montaj la timp. După o săptămână sun sa vad ce se întâmplă cu salteaua, mi se spune că revin ei cu informații...nu au revenit, după alte câteva zile sunam din nou, mi se spune că se livrează azi....azi suna soțul și ni se spune că este anulată comanda și că ni se returnează banii între 1 și 14 zile. Cred că era mult mai civilizat sa ni se spună de la început că nu există pe stoc sau că durează mai mult livrararea și era decizia noastră dacă așteptăm sau achiziționăm alt produs.
