Ana Gallardo: ABSOLUTAMENTE DESASTROSO, NO LO RECOMENDARÍA A NADIELlegamos sobre las 15,30 (el check in era a partir de las 14,00h), estuvimos unos 15 minutos en la calle mientras confirmaban por teléfono nuestra reserva, luego otros 15 minutos en un pasillo diminuto mientras preparaban nuestra habitación.Nos dieron el código para acceder al patio exterior pero al parecer olvidaron indicarnos que el acceso al edificio tenía un código diferente, suerte que salía una chica del edificio cuando llegamos por la noche o nos habríamos quedado tirados en la calle.Avisamos al hacer la reserva de que iríamos con coche y nos confirmaron que podíamos dejarlo en su “parking” (un pasillo estrecho en que un coche tapona al siguiente). Al llegar el señor que nos atendió nos dijo que podíamos dejar el coche allí dentro a partir de las 17,00h que él se fuera (supongo que esperaba que dieramos vueltas a la manzana durante 1,5h). Menos mal que finalmente lo aparcamos en la calle o tampoco habíamos podido sacarlo al irnos ya que, sopresa, tampoco había nadie del personal en las instalaciones.Las instalaciones tampoco tienen nada que ver con las fotos (mobiliario e instalaciones viejas y poco cuidadas).No has ascensor por lo que te toca subir el equipaje por una escalera estrecha.Recomendaría buscar cualquier otro alojamiento.

La clave para entrar al hotel nos la dio de casualidad una chica que se alojaba ahí y con la que tuvimos la suerte de coincidir porque sólo nos había dicho una de las contraseñas para entrar, no sabíamos que había dos. La habitación deja bastante que desear.Aparte de esto. Dicen que tienen parking, pero da escribirles Lara reservar porque les da igual, y caso de dejarte hacerlo es a partir de las 17:00h. Hasta esa hora te comes el coche.

Robert Noble Shell: Greetings fellow travelers. I want to share an experience my family and I had with this group of flat owners. The address here, is not the address of any flat rentals. This group of flat owners meet you and whisk you away to an apartment. Should you prepay, you are in for a real shock (good-luck recouping your money). This 'company', allocates a great deal of advertising monies to the various online booking platforms, so if you are looking for a complete/accurate review of this company; you are not going to find it. The booking platforms do not allow a review in the case that a company cannot fulfill their end of the deal. Instead, the reviews you are reading are missing stories like ours; thus do not give a complete profile of the properties/operations of 'Royal Accommodation'. This "company" is simply some owners renting apartments for 500-700% above the local rate. I'm all for paying for a legitimate service, but this is a scam to unsuspecting travelers. Choose another accommodation, because this one has limited "Royal" accommodations. From my own personal experience, I suggest a place called the Prince Hotel/Prince Residence. You get the exact same flats (within the same block near the center, plus full services and amenities), but you pay 20% less than what you would pay 'Royal Accommodation". I cannot express (in short detail) as to the negligence/damages this 'organization' has caused my wife, daughter and self. In the marketing business, I recognize that there is no such thing as bad publicity; but hope that my review helps those looking for appropriate accommodation. Look anywhere else, but try to avoid booking with Royal Accommodation. Also, watch out for names that resemble "Eduardo, Edward and Florin D".. They promote themselves under other names, but I have a child and this is about all the time I can devote to this review. I will have to file suit against them, through the Romanian courts, to recoup our financial losses. With this written, we hope your travels bring delight and adventure, rather than horror stories like this one. Robert

Bartosz “BTS” WARSZAWSKI: A very nice hotel with an interesting idea for the decor - each room is decorated in a different style. Nice, obliging service. Tasty, fresh breakfasts. Rooms clean and spacious. Large, comfortable bathroom. The hotel is located in the center of the old town of Bucharest - a good location for a base. The problem may be quite steep and winding stairs for people with health problems and that due to the location there is no possibility to park under the hotel. In some rooms you can hear Bucharest's nightlife. Nice and tasty restaurant downstairs.

jason williams: We booked a holiday to Romania two years prior to covid with this accommodation, finally got around to getting out here during the summer. This company is brilliant and was understanding. The accommodation was luxury, comfortable and close to the centre. Highly recommend.

Ma appena apri la porta di casa (noi avevamo l'appartamento 97) vieni catapultato in una realtà totalmente differente. L'appartamento è meraviglioso. Arredato splendidamente, pulitissimo. Il bagno è piccolo ma la doccia molto spaziosa. Asciugacapelli potente. La cucina è dotata del necessario compreso sapone e spugne per i piatti e sapone per la lavatrice. Camera da letto ampia e letto molto comodo. Divano letto spazioso. Zona comodissima subito dietro le vie principali. Assistenza da parte dei proprietari velocissima. Se potessi darei più stelle.

Emmanuel Khachatryan: Great option if you want a central location with modern fully equipped apartments. Communication with the owner was very smooth. Big supermarket just 100 metres from the building. I loved my stay here, would certainly recommend it.

Dimitrios Paschalis: Super deluxe rooms , in central building behind the Krezulescu church, near to the most sights and about 15 minutes from metro station. Great service and our host Emil was excellent and very polite and helpful, giving us some excellent tips for our stay. Definitely recommend it!!
