The service was excellent, with friendly staff throughout the hotel. The only downside is the location, as its a little bit out of the way so you need a 10 min walk (or cab) to get to anything interesting.Rooms: Clean, large, comfy bed

דמיטרי ריבו: The only thing make this hotel 5 star it the rates they charge for everything rooms drinks . This no more then 4 star. The view from. Window was to old rusty roofs . The lobby and reception was empty most of time. No staff they sit usually inside or smoking at garden. The spa is simple with small pool where had build in water jet and bubbles and fountain the jet didn't work the fountain also only bubbles . The dry sauna was not really hot and the hamam is just wet sauna not same hamam in turkish bath also wasn't hot.. rain shower didnt work also First evening we come the lady switch off everything 19 o'clock even they say all open till 23 she see us and switch on again. Second evening there was no one i try call reception for 2 minutes but no one answered. Because we were wet already we only stay pool. the room big nice but only 2 tea bags . Only filtered water . They charged extra just for we open the existing sofa bed for our daughter . We been in 4 star hotel with much better services and facilities . For 240 euro night this place really really overpriced. also location. Far from old town 20 min walk at least. we used uber . But have nice park near and have parking. I put photos of room view and the bar and reception how the look all time. Never see hotel 4 or 5 that had to search for the staff or that the reception not answer for 2 minutes and not at all. Romania was wonderful but this hotel not so much .

gzer drn: Les photos vendent du rêve, les chambres sont correctes mais ne sont pas fidèles aux photos (moquette sale, douche qui ne ferme pas entièrement, climatisation défectueuse, matelas de piètre qualité, etc...), l'homme à l'accueil n'est pas très aimable et le service est mauvais (lit pas fait à notre arrivée), les femmes de ménage sont très gentilles, le restaurant à sushi est bon et l’hôtel est bien placé.

De receptie probeerde meermaals de boel op te lichten zowel bij het in als uitchecken.Kamers zijn klein, smerig tapijt in alle 3 de kamers die wij hadden.De bedden zijn klein, niet fris en vooral verschrikkelijk qua comfort de veren zitten 3 dagen later nog in mijn rug. Met zn tweeën in het bed slapen was bijna onmogelijk.De 4 sterren classificatie is onterecht.Enige voordeel is dat het op loopafstand van het centrum is met een supermarkt om de hoek.

Joke: Super bel hôtel, bien placé pour visiter les alentours à pied. Il y a un petit rooftop avec SPA au 4ème étage accessible à tous.Pour le bruit la nuit ça reste relativement calme et modéré le jour.

Le restaurant de l'hôtel Zen sushi est délicieux, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le petit déjeuner est accessible jusqu'à 10h30, personnel chaleureux. Pas de volet dans les chambres mais des rideaux épais très occultants. Et surtout un jaccuzi au dernier étage sur un roof top avec vu sur Bucarest 😊

Duża, wygodna łazienka. Hotel zlokalizowany w centrum starego miasta Bukaresztu - dobra lokalizacja na bazę wypadową. Problemem mogą być dość strome i kręte schody dla osób z problemami zdrowotnymi oraz że względu na lokalizację brak możliwości zaparkowania pod hotelem. W niektórych pokojach słychać nocne życie Bukaresztu. Na dole miła i smaczna restauracja.

Ivan Cheung: Really good and unique hotel. The rooms feature city/country themes. I was in the Provence room which had some great interior design.The hotel lobby is a big open area with the room doors of the first and second floors facing inwards like a modern day caranvasei layout. However, this means that some room windows are facing into the lobby so make sure you check if you have a preference. My room window was interior facing and combined with a not very soundproof door I could hear some noise as one night some other hotel guests stayed in the lobby chatting till late.The staff here are amazing and were always really pleasant. Location is great too as you’re towards the bottom of old town and about 5-10 min walk to the airport bus stop.
omeral: The receptionist at this hotel helped me immensely with getting back my phone that I had stupidly left behind in the taxi from the hotel to the airport. I am extremely thankful. Any hotel that has such incredibly helpful and kind staff deserves many many stars. I'm sorry that I cannot do more.

Delia Baban: The only reason I didn't give the maximum score is because a staff member (not from housekeeping) entered my room while I was still in bed, and even though there was a DND sign on my door. Didn't even knock and scared the s... out of me.Other than that, the hotel has great rooms, with a mini bar available on request (there's a padlock on the door, so you need to ask for the key from reception, I suppose 🤷♀️). The bathroom is inside the room with glass walls, same as for all public toilets in the restaurant and conference room areas. I found that very interesting, as I've never seen it before in any hotel I've been. But it didn't bother me.Restaurant at the top floor has a great selection of dishes.Location is absolutely great, right in the heart of Bucharest, with access to metro and many POIs. Parking is limited, though, so you might need to organise this in advance with the hotel.All in all, I recommend this hotel 👍
