gzer drn: Les photos vendent du rêve, les chambres sont correctes mais ne sont pas fidèles aux photos (moquette sale, douche qui ne ferme pas entièrement, climatisation défectueuse, matelas de piètre qualité, etc...), l'homme à l'accueil n'est pas très aimable et le service est mauvais (lit pas fait à notre arrivée), les femmes de ménage sont très gentilles, le restaurant à sushi est bon et l’hôtel est bien placé.

De receptie probeerde meermaals de boel op te lichten zowel bij het in als uitchecken.Kamers zijn klein, smerig tapijt in alle 3 de kamers die wij hadden.De bedden zijn klein, niet fris en vooral verschrikkelijk qua comfort de veren zitten 3 dagen later nog in mijn rug. Met zn tweeën in het bed slapen was bijna onmogelijk.De 4 sterren classificatie is onterecht.Enige voordeel is dat het op loopafstand van het centrum is met een supermarkt om de hoek.

Anibal Pessah: El hotel está muy bien, tiene buena ubicación y cumple con todo lo necesario.Sugerencia: no ofrezcan transfers al aeropuerto porque el conductor nos estafó y eso hace quedar mal al hotel (nos cobró 250 lei para ir desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto).
Iván Álvarez: El hotel esta muy bien situado en una avenida principal a 10 minutos andando del casco antiguo. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son ruidosas pero lo dijimos y a la noche siguiente nos cambiaron a una más tranquila, señal de que se preocupan por sus clientes. La habitación es amplia con camas muy grandes pero el edredón no cubre la totalidad de la cama, el cual prácticamente no se usa porque hace calor ya que la calefacción está puesta 24h y a unos 24 grados... demasiado calor para mi gusto.El baño no está muy limpio, no hay limpieza profunda y la bañera es antigua y muy alta, difícil para acceder si la persona es mayor.No hay restaurante.

Oscar Pizy: Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per due notti, le camere non proprio male, il bagno lasciava un po a desiderare per la scarsa cura nei dettagli, l'estrattore non funzionava, gli arredi erano stati pitturati alla meglio, con un po piú di cura non sarebbe stato male. Personale alla reception abbastanza disponibile. La posizione dell'hotel non é lontana dalla zona del caffè Van Gogh sono 5 min a piedi. Il tempo non c é stato amico, neve e ghiaccio!
Kelly Scherf: The photos online make the rooms look much nicer than they actually are. We were disappointed. Our room was quite small. The key card reader was finicky and it often took quite a number of tries before we could enter the room. The drain in the bathroom floor would overflow water into the bathroom when we drained the tub. When we bathed, flakes of paint came off the tub and floated in the water. One of the night employees gave us dirty looks when we came and went through the lobby. No breakfast was available, even though it said online as well as on the key card folder that they serve breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable and my back and hips hurt in the mornings.On the plus side, the room was surprisingly quiet when the window was shut, and the location is within walking distance of amenities.

Cretu Lucian: Cons: The air conditioning didn't work at all for one day, and it was very hot because I was staying in the attic. The staff failed to do anything, and I had to sleep with the window open. There were no mosquito nets, with the window facing the boulevard there was noise from the cars and people passing by. I slept 3 hours all night. The accommodation unit did not offer me any compensation for the inconvenience, nor did they even apologize, they even said that it is more pleasant to sleep with the window open. It would have been nice in other conditions, but not when you have mosquitoes and gnats in the area. The private parking lot is very small.Pros: Very clean, the rooms look good.
