nicole: Sampled multiple dishes. Appetizers - tuna tartar, fried calamari, and fried shrimps, octopus salad. Mains, fried white fish (never specified what fish) half fish portion 418 Lei/84 euro, shrimp dish for 2 pax, Linguini pasta and water. Bill came to almost 1200 Lei. I would rate the food as just average and too salty. Very nice olives though. Nice location.

This is where I tried steak tartare for the first time, and although I've never been drawn to this dish and I'm not a big fan of beef, it pleasantly surprised me with an extremely good taste. I also recommend the small ones from them, I have never eaten such good small ones anywhere. The new location looks great and the staff, music and menu has maintained its quality despite this change

Bogdan Hurtupan: Great food selection and service. We were seated on the back terrace, which we appreciated because it was quiet and we manage to talk to each other in privacy. The interior looked great as well, the restaurant is situated in a fancy old villa. I recommend asking for "șpriț", a good combination of wine and sparking water - you can get all the details from the waiter.

Mugurel Ciuperca: It is a crowded location with pallets full of all kinds of crates and boxes. But from the inside there were pallets with boxes full of goodies, buns, cakes, boxes with extraordinarily good-looking Easter.
Suresh Muthunayake: Not a good place to work since the facilities are minimal. Toilets are horrible and the dormitory is awkward.
Stefan Iordache: Sandwich with MISSING gypsy muscle and cheese - A SHAME!!! A product sold in the Lidl store for which you ask for 7.29 lei and which is only a slice of toast bread and THAT'S IT! In the middle of the triangle-cut sandwich, you can see a slice of cheese and an attempt at some sausage, but when you open the NIMIK slices. Practical as far as you can see that it has a content. The most expensive bread costs between 7 and 10 lei, and you buy ONE SLICE for 7.29 lei. Congratulations!!! I will never buy anything from TIP TOP Food again. Shame on you!
