Iacob Dobrican: Am recondiționat un compresor clima audi a4b6 la ei în 02.08.2021 am plătit 1200-1300 RON și mi l-au trimis cu filiala drfecta. Lam montat în service autorizat RAR, unde sa făcut spălarea instalației AC. O firma neserioasa, cu preturi mult peste ce îți oferă. Nu recomand !!! Un compresor clima nou ar fi costat 1500 lei. Cine are chef sa arunce bani degeaba recomand aceasta firma.

I paid 650 lei for the cleaning and another 300 lei for the service they were collaborating with, in the same yard, for removing and installing the filter. After 6 months the filter warning light came on and the car stopped firing at all, it was worse than before. Knowing that it is under warranty, I called them, they told me to take the disassembled filter to them, that they will clean it once more. I said that I would pay to have it dismantled in the same service, but they said that it is not possible. In the end, I bought a particle filter and when I went to another service to install it, they struggled for two hours to remove the old one, they told me that that filter was never given off the car,, as the screws are very rusty, as it can be seen that he walked on a pipe, where a solution was probably put, but it was not taken off the car to be cleaned. This is my experience with Turbotec. Being a woman, it's not the first time that I notice that some people take advantage of the fact that women are not good at it, to shoot at them. I hope you don't have the same bad luck. Maybe they sound an alarm signal to the customers, and they... maybe take care before pulling spikes, cleaning the rust from the screws, to make it look like they really did almost 1000 lei of work.
