Adela Adelle: Being excited about how the puppy turned out, being his first haircut, I didn't notice at the moment that his nails were not cut, although I paid 300 lei for the complete package with the dog, cut, washed, styled, scented, etc.I got home and saw that his nails were not even cut and I also had to touch up his ponytail because one part was longer and one shorter. He also had shoes at the boutique, because I had to intervene there as well.Disappointing…. For 300 lei, which is not a small amount, to be forced to intervene as well, as I am not the most praised tree and have no diplomas or schools in dog grooming, rather unpleasant experience!Now I have to go to some salon, so we are not talking about the "praised tree", to receive a service requested and paid for by you! To get tired of coming back again at my own expense to draw your attention, and to perform the requested and paid service, is no longer worth it, I prefer to describe the experience and that's it, if I come back I won't do it again!The tax receipt was not given to me, only the POS one, it is your obligation as an SRL to release, not just to lie on your ear that you must give a receipt "upon request".
