Florence: I took a Greek with duck down to wash. It had some pretty nasty stains and hearing only good reviews from this laundromat, I thought I'd call here. The duration was very short, the jacket was ready the next day, which made me happy. I also looked at the Greek there and saw that some spots did not come out. The lady told me that not all stains can be removed and I said ok. I only wore the jacket today. I saw that slowly, slowly the spots I had started to reappear. As mentioned in other reviews, employee/manager does not speak English, but there were Romanian-speaking customers who explained what had been said to us. CC T: It’s 23 lei to wash and 40 lei to dry. It’s singularly the most expensive load of laundry I have ever done in over 60 countries. The lady insisted that to would take two loads to dry 1 load of wash. I agreed to 2 loads at 20 min but was charged for 2 loads for 40 min anyhow. To add insult to injury, the laundry was less dry than 1 @20 min cycle for the same load of laundry at the EasyWash Gare de Nord. @ Easywash, my clothes ended up cleaner and dryer for 25 lei total versus frustration and not completely dried clothes for 63 lei, although I had to fold my old laundry. it would have been well worth it to avoid the ickiness that was created by my interactions with this lady. There are other options like Washescu as well. To young entrepreneurs who are in need of business ideas, laundromats in centrally located areas of Sofia and Bucharest are essentially needed. Combine them with other businesses like cafes and hostels, they will keep you busy.

Roxana Mihai: Poor quality services. I got a white dress that has a dusty look to it now, and a dress that I gave away with a stain in the lap and it came with stains on the sleeves. Do not go here, better wash by hand if you keep your clothes.
Adriana Istrate: I took an evening dress to be cleaned. The price was considerable, however, the result was more than disappointing. I received back the dress full of dubious stains and superficially ironed.I do not recommend
