Felipe: Very ok people on the electricity supplier side for a while. Call center where someone always answers, you are really helped if you have a problem and they even intervene in case of unpleasant situations with the distributors. Unfortunately, their prices are no longer competitive and I had to change supplier. Even the passage was super ok, no obstacles or other problems. They are really an ok company in Ro. Maybe in the future I will be able to become competitive again in terms of prices and I will come back.

Mihaela Soric: Ne datoreaza un sold de peste 1 an de zile, la email se raspunde cu intarziere si se tot confirma soldul insa rambursarea nu mai vine. Acum 1 luna eram 'programati pt rambursare in urmatoarele zile..'Ne bucuram ca v-ați făcut timp sa verificați situația noastră. Revin in completare cu informatii pe care nu le-ati mentionat:- Timp de peste 2 ani ați încasat facturi in avans, soldul ajungând la peste 3000 Ron.- 19.11.22 ne-ați informat ca încetați colaborarea, soldul confirmat de ambele părţi in pe 24.11.22, am rămas ca ‘suntem programați la rambursare’.- 09.02.23 am cerut lămuriri legate de rambursare – dvs ați cerut confirmarea soldului – fapt care s-a întâmplat din nou si am rămas tot ‘programați la rambursare’.- 11.05.23 am solicitat update pentru rambursare – dvs ați cerut sa confirmați din nou soldul; ați transmis apoi un alt sold diminuat pt confirmare cu facturi datate Ianuarie 2023 in condițiile in care in Feb 23 soldul fusese confirmat anterior de ambele părţi. In aceeaşi zi v-am solicitat lămuriri prin email întrucât soldul nu coincide – nici un răspuns.- 22.05.23 – nici un răspuns telefonic, am sunat 3 angajați EDS.- 22.05.2023 după publicarea acestei recenzii am fost sunata de 2 persoane in interval de 5 minute si ne-ați cerut noua sa va dam facturile pe care dvs le-ați emis, ne scuzați ca acest lucru ni se pare absurd.- 23.05.2023 – după publicarea mai multor recenzii pe mai multe canale de comunicare ați binevoit sa ne transmiteți facturile lipsa care oricum nu justifica soldul.Presupun ca după confirmarea soldului vom fi ‘programați pt rambursare’?
