Irina Pintilie: Am ales apartamentul pentru locație - foarte aproape de Universitate și Centrul Vechi. Comunicarea a fost excelentă, procedura de cazare se face prin self check-in, iar instrucțiunile sunt foarte clare și precise, însoțite de poze.Când am ajuns - apartamentul 4A- am văzut tavanul din baie, care e infiltrat cu apă și a cărui straturi de tencuială pică pe gresie - am atașat poze cu bucățele de tencuială desprinse și căzute pe jos, ceea ce face dușul și mersul la toaletă mult mai palpitant după cum am observat din a doua zi (nu știi niciodată când îți pică ceva în cap).De asemenea, același lucru se întâmplă la o scară mai mică deasupra chiuvetei. Mici deficiențe am întâlnit și la fereastra din dormitor, la nivelul mânerului. Frigiderul nu funcționează, e situat într-un dulap și priza e fix în spatele lui, nicio șansă să verifici problema și fiind târziu, în ultima seară înainte de plecare, am lăsat-o baltă.În afară de locație și faptul că e un bloc destul de liniștit, nu văd alte avantaje. Necesită reparații în baie - recomand turiștilor ce doresc adrenalină în timpul dușului.

The water is yellow and smells suspicious, it seems to be water with rust. In addition, you are not allowed with furniture. At the accommodation, a guarantee of 500 lei is charged, which you will not receive regardless of whether you do something or not. I was told that I will not receive the entire warranty because there are some damaged items in the kitchen, no one cared if I damaged something or not, the same happened in the room, finding all kinds of reasons to reduce the warranty. You better go to the Director, you have cockroaches, but at least you pay a lot less.

George & Cata Gaming: A disaster of a home. I do not recommend at all. 420 lei is huge for what it offers. There is no internet and for each electrical object a fee of 20 lei is charged per month. Old furniture, old carpet, old curtains. A single table for 3 people that only fits 1 practically. Very uncomfortable wooden chairs. The elevators break down weekly and cockroaches are the order of the day. You are not allowed to enter the dormitory with anyone other than first degree relatives. The only good thing is that the new times metro station is right next to the dormitory. Otherwise, nothing that makes you want to stay here.
