Mihaela Dragan: I had an amazing experience for my first Kundalini yoga, meditation and gong bath class with Sara. She has a great vibe, she is inspiring and very open and smiley. The studio is central, near Aviatorilor Metro, cosy and perfect for yoga. I loved it and I recommend it, for sure !
Raluca Hagivreta-Ichim: The first Kundalini yoga studio in Bucharest, so happy! Beautiful, white, light and warm space and Ana is such an amazing teacher. The Gong Bath sessions are my favourite, one should really try it. Not to mention the area is posh and centralissimo. Thanks and keep up the good vibes!

Alina Druncea: Practicing Yoga at Purna Yoga studio is a great and genuine experience. Dana is amazing. She is combining her long term practice and theoretical yoga experience with NLP and some other great techniques which led to a better yoga practice. And it is a wonderful experience because during the classes you feel so mindful and enjoy every asana. It is a unique experience indeed and I encourage you to try various yoga classes such as hatha yoga, yin yoga and many others. Enjoy❤️
Eda Gliga-Baubec: Practising yoga with Dana at Purna Yoga Academy is really helpful, a source of energy, fun and relaxation. Dana is an excellent dedicated teacher, very observant, constantly checking your positioning, very professional and friendly at the same time.

Since then I've moved out of the country, I've practiced yoga with different teachers/instructors, but I always return to Ms. Dana Tupa, with whom I currently practice online. I think she is the most experienced teacher I have worked with. I recommend.

Oana Cucu: Am participat in cursurile individuale cu doamna Dana Tupa si sunt extrem de multumita! Eram foarte obosita cand am inceput programul dar dupa ce dumneaei mi-a alcatuit un pachet individual de exercitii am inceput sa ma simt mai in viata, chiar dupa numai 3 saptamani. Evident, se cere si ceva disciplina din partea practicantului, doar cateva lectii nu sunt suficiente. Recomand cu caldura.

Clasele Danei Tupa imbina tehnica posturilor corporale, practicile de pranayama si meditatia ghidata, deschizandu-ti drumul catre echilibrul fizic si mental. Atmosfera este relaxata si prietenoasa, cursurile sunt pline de substanta si transmit spiritul viu si generos al Danei. Clasele de yoga si de meditatie pentru toate nivelurile, cursul de Ayurveda sau retreatul de Yoga Scopului sunt tot atatea ocazii pentru intalnirea cu tine insuti, cu oameni minunati aflati pe acelasi drum spiritual, cu un univers plin de compasiune si iubire.
Raluca Badea: Purna Yoga nu este doar un studio de yoga, este o comunitate de oameni minunati, incepand cu Dana Tupa, fondatoarea, continuand cu ceilalti traineri si terminand cu oamenii care-i calca pragul. Este un loc in care iti gasesti linistea, iti deschizi inima si iti faci prieteni noi. Totul datorita Danei care stie cum sa creeze aceste punti intre oameni care isi doresc sa se dezvolte spiritual. In ultimii doi ani am participat la cursuri de yoga si meditatie pentru incepatori, la workshopuri tematice sau la taberele de Yoga Scopului care sunt cu adevarat transformatoare. Recomand acest studio si pe Dana, in mod special, tuturor celor care vor sa se cunoasca mai bine pe ei insisi, sa afle ce inseamna yoga ca si practica spirituala, nu ca si fitness, si apoi sa o practice.

Nuno Bras: Amazing huge garden, very quiet and chilled.A lot of people peacefully fishing or walking their dogs.Perfect for a walk, bicycle ride, eating and drinking along the lake.

Bogdan Hlevca: The largest lake in Bucharest. The park is decent but there are neglected parts. The prices in the restaurants are super high. Unless you want to impress your partner go somewhere else to eat.

Alexandru Dumitru Tataru: Best park in Bucharest. You cand find a lot of things to do.Roaba de Cultura is a great place to spend some time during the summer - chilling, good music, you are allowed with the dog, lot of kids, also good people.
