I have been to many gyms and had many trainers and I can say that I have never lasted so long in one place. The workouts that are done here are absolutely incredible... and even if you come to the gym without any desire, after you finish the workout you feel exceptional and say "I'm so glad I came today." Whatever style of training you like, you can find it in the classes taught by Alex Pop, Adina Rada, Elias or the other trainers. Beat 45 has become my family. Together with Alex Pop, we had all kinds of activities outside the classes that made us befriend each other, we hiked up the mountain together, he even organized a very fun Bootcamp where we did outdoor training, we were at the wine tasting where we had a lot of laughs...and every time we had time, we stayed after training for a coffee. The people coming there are very friendly, the classes are entertaining and Alex is an amazing coach and human being, both professional and encouraging. Every Friday, there is the prosecco evening; after the end of the last class, people get together and have a glass of prosecco. It is a great way to start the weekend!
