Balaure Ioana: Recently, special swimming helmets have been required in the pool area. This change in the regulation was only made known to the users through a text displayed at the entrance to the pool. I think that by the standards to which this gym was considered, categorized as platinum, it was common sense not to find myself sent home as a result of an unannounced rule change. Instead, ironically, my email is bombarded with countless useless messages from them. Lots of money, little respect for customers and their time.

Nikoletta Szovák: In my opinion the entire company has to be punished due to the fact that the do not comply with the european law in regards discrimination of age or any kind of personal rights of human being to forbid a child to enter a child after 6 pm is not only ridiculous but also against the law as it is. Nothing else just cost saving activity which processed by discrimination . I would put the GM of the company into prison to dedicate enough time for him/her to learn european law!! In any civil country which is a member of european union would need to stop this kind of discrimination immediately! People joining the club are committing the crime in indirect ways by supporting such an inlegal company to survive!

Andrei Sbarnea: I visited this location last Sunday afternoon and had the worst customer experience ever! I should've entered based on a digital pass (i.e., an invitation), but was not able to due to a technical glitch that had as a result not receiving via e-mail the QR code (which should have granted me access in the location).The receptionist was very rude and ignored me multiple times shifting her attention towards other clients. She got seemingly annoyed that the app was not working properly, and therefore she could not find a solution. After I and the inviter calmly explained that nothing makes sense and that I need her help, the receptionist raised her voice and started a fight for no reason at all, out of the blue. She told us that initially she was willing to let us enter and ignore the technical glitch, but she changed her mind and was not going to anymore. That made me feel belittled and my inviter frustrated that she cannot enjoy the benefits provided by her subscription.Even more so, her attitude suggested that just because I wanted to get access based on an invitation, I did not deserve to be treated as an actual client and made me feel humiliated and insulted.Little to say that she ruined our mood for the entire afternoon.Will not visit this gym anytime soon and will reconsider my intention of becoming a WC client.

Together with my wife, I opted for the 3-month subscription, full tine for the pool and sauna. The subscription price is 850 lei/3 months. I found the pool just as clean, the changing rooms the same... Although I arrived at 8 o'clock, there were a lot of people, especially children, who were taking advantage of the last day of their mini-vacation. Taking into account that we took a long break from swimming, we were not exhausted... We will repeat the experience every day for 3 months, me twice a day, from 7.00 and from 16.00...

Lucian Stanciulescu: Small little reception area with a few tables and chairs, bar where you can buy coffee, soft drinks and snacks, very clean and well looked after. Gabriela Ostafe: A place put into operation recently, in 2021. Clean, well-kept and not very well-known, so not very crowded. The fitness room is equipped with various machines, you can do a proper workout for any physical level. The pool is semi-Olympic, the water is warm and clean. There is a terrace where you can sit when the weather is nice. Swimming, poto, triathlon courses are organized or you can go with a personal subscription. There are various offers, you can easily find a suitable one.
