AFKology: The interior is cozy with natural accents such as wood or wool. We stayed in a room on the ground floor, but next time we would like to stay upstairs where we understood that you can see directly into the kitchen. I liked the fact that you are served with still or sparkling water from the house. At first, you are asked if you have food allergies or intolerances. The menu is a tasting menu consisting of twelve dishes: four amuse bouches, three appetizers, two main courses, a pre-dessert, and two desserts. You will not get up fully satiated, but there is just enough food. Each dish is presented by the waiter so that the dinner becomes an experience itself, an incredibly special one. My favorite dishes were the starter with new potatoes and wild garlic, the bread-and-butter service and the dessert with baked yeast ice cream. We had a wonderful and memorable experience at Noua Bucatarie Romaneasca.

Greg Thompson: Had a lovely time here. The food was delicious, creative and prepared with such care and attention. There's a nice vibe to the place too, it's a nice space and the service never feels stuffy or overbearing in the slightest. I should mention the delicious bottle of Moldovan natural white too (thanks for the recommendation!). Overall a pretty immaculate experience.

The food was decent but the service was terrible, the server demanded I go to an ATM and was very rude rather then just let me pay and tip via cardFirst the server reminded me to tip him before he even brought out the bill, this rubbed me the wrong way as i’m a generous tipper, when he brought the bill he demanded I pay in cash not card, to make it clear it is possible to pay with card but he did not ask my preference and demanded I go to an ATM and withdraw money so he wouldn’t have to pay taxes then if I tipped via card, I told him I wasn’t going to an ATM and he relented and let me pay with card making rude comments the whole time, overall I would never come back here despite enjoying the food due to how much the server ruined it.

Viorel Stan: Ordered some “Texas baby back ribs” from them. Disgusting. They have no idea how to cook ribs. They were the wrong cut, wrong seasoning and wrong cooking method (done in an oven instead of a smoker). Avoid.
Cristi Olaru: Been here for dinner. One of the worst in a very long while, ended up being food poisoned and throwing up 2 hours straight. The location is a combination of 3 restaurants in 1, in Berăria Centrala location. They changed the menu, now is a combination of the 3. The Texas barbecue type of menu, like some steaks, some burgers, buffalo wings, nachos and others are no longer available. We said to give it a try as we were hungry and since used to eat in the old location quite often. Service was good, most waiters waiting on the side, so they came fast. On a Saturday night, around 8-9 p.m., only 20 people in a 250+ people terrace...food not great, something off with it as we discovered later. Probably old food and sauces, very bad combo. Their website is a total mess, you can find the old menu and prices 1+ years old, but getting to the location you have the surprise they are double and menu missing a lot of the old items. All in all, very long way from the best ribs in town and no longer a Texas barbeque as advertised, but an overpriced and low quality location.
Eva Luca: The pictures on Glovo steal your eyes. It looks great at first, but when the food comes, you can't believe what you spent your money on. I got a burger with potatoes and a "whasaby" sauce. The awful sauce, a white paste, tasted nothing. The potatoes were hard and dry, no spices, no salt, nada. Finally, the big burger, I have nothing to say, but sickening. The meat was chewy and the cheddar in it was gooey, gooey. I was sick after eating for a few days after. I do not recommend you.
Claudiu Olaru: Pretty good food and fast service. Though that's to be expected when the place is empty. Portion size is generous and they have their own house sauces which is always a nice plus.

RealMe X2Pro: TO AVOID ! The order came incomplete, without the portion of mashed potatoes, I called repeatedly... I don't answer any of the phone numbers, neither the one in the glovo application nor the one on google. The food is below average, the soft bread absolutely not crispy, and for the fish and mussels, the fish without any taste... All in all weak, disappointed.
Iulia Sarau: I do not recommend online delivery. I ordered through Glovo, and the delivery is made through the restaurant's courier system. It took 2 hours for the order to arrive, although the maximum time presented in the application was 70 minutes. When I called the restaurant to ask for details, I was only told "every minute it should arrive" and minute by minute it took 2 hours. The food came cold and I could not evaluate it correctly, I can say that as it came it was decent. If it had been warm, surely the rating would have been better.

VIPUL TALWARIA: Founding some good Vegetarian food was a challenge for me in Bucharest but then I came across this place having some good options. Piotr: The place is ok but totally overpriced. The food is good but just good. And I now also realised that they have included a tip on my bill without my knowledge. I already saw other opinions posted on this place saying the same. The owner replied this was a mistake and not their practice. Apparently, this is their dishonest practice. Ivona Octavia Laiu: Expensive, but worth it. They change the menu once a season. They have 2 short menus and 1 long tasting menu.The short menus cost 550 RON each and the long one 650 RON. So, for a dinner in two + some cocktails and the included tip, it will cost you about 1400 RON in total.You can make an online reservation and you'll get a reply on your mail with the menus. They accept only card payment. All the details will be on the mail, except the bar menu (cocktail, beer, wine, etc.).I spent there around 3 hours with my boyfriend. The courses/dishes were small, but tasty and presented to us in a tasteful manner. In some photos I've already seen from previous reviews, the menu items seem bigger. They are actually small like the palm of your hand, but very nourishing. I felt already full after the appetizers.The music was smooth jazz (coming from amazing state of the art speakers), the lightning seemed perfect for a time in two.What I enjoyed the most was the tour of the restaurant and its history, at the end of our dinner.The initial house was projected by the same architect of the Arch of Triumph (our Romanian version).It belonged to a boyar and after remained in ruins. It was rehabilitated by the original plan. The walls in the room we had reservation was made of black ceramic tiles - very rare.The floor was made of river stones, the paintings belong to a Romanian artist and everything from the menu is with organic Romanian ingredients. Even the liquid soap from the bathrooms (which smells addictive) is made by a Romanian company.For tourists I think the local wines and their stories would be a delight, too.I also asked about the name of the restaurant. It's called Kane after a Hawaiian god.It was a special dinner and evening for us and we fully enjoyed.

Bogdan Andrei: Riding the new Romanian cuisine wave like a pro surfer.This restaurant is a must go to anyone that is in the search not for the next meal but for the next level experience. A 2-3 hours culinary experience depending on how much time you want to invest... In you.The restaurant is located close to the Old Town, in a very lively old house, renovated and brought back to life by the owners, with no small investment, around half a million euros. This says something about their commitment to good taste and planning to make this location a flagship for their business. Went on a Saturday with a colleague to try their menu and see what is all the hype about them. Had the short menu with wine pairing. The food was.... amazing, from the presentation to the taste. Also I went there a little sceptic when I heard they are a fine dining restaurant... Lots of restaurants in Bucharest advertise themselves as fine dining but at best they are fine cuisine. These guys are the real deal, after each serving they changed the plates, the cutlery, the only thing they didn't changed were the lights which were also cleverly designed to put the food in a "good light", with beams hitting the plates right in the center.The wines, are mostly Romanian, and from small wineries so you might drink there wines that are exclusevly sold to them. I could write more about the food but you need to go and discover it for yourselves, and be aware that they change the menu according to the season as they use food that are most common in the season.In conclusion, your time is an investment and if you want to gain something from it, I recommend you this awesome restaurant.

Adelina Sandu: I chose this place based on the reviews. I say with disappointment that the score of 4.3 does not reflect reality. Maybe the food is good, but unfortunately we didn't get to that point. We ordered something to drink and asked the waiter to leave us the food menu, not having decided what we want to order yet. The waiter's answer was that he can't leave the menu on the table because it doesn't look nice and there is a risk of it getting stained, so he took it from us.
