Elena Potoroaca: Personalul este extrem de nepregatit si de-a dreptul răutăcios. Am revenit in magazin pentru a-mi colecta tax free-ul si am fost refuzata din cauza ca una din stampilele de la vama era “prea transparenta” si m-au trimis inapoi la vama pentru inca o stampila, ceea ce este imposibil. Am fost sunata peste cateva zile ca sa imi zica ca pot sa vin dupa bani dar era prea tarziu, nu mai vin in Romania. Nu mi-au comunica nici macar faptul ca pot sa primesc banii pe cont bancar, trimitind o scrisoare la ei si nu trebuie sa mai vin in magazin!!! Incompetenta totala, minciuni si prostie. Iar laptopul cumparat s-a stricat peste 7 luni, si cand am intrebat de garantie mi-au zis ca pentru ca am facut tax free nu pot sa ma folosesc de garantie in Romania…. din nou- fals. Sper sa ne vedem in judecata
