דמיטרי ריבו: The only thing make this hotel 5 star it the rates they charge for everything rooms drinks . This no more then 4 star. The view from. Window was to old rusty roofs . The lobby and reception was empty most of time. No staff they sit usually inside or smoking at garden. The spa is simple with small pool where had build in water jet and bubbles and fountain the jet didn't work the fountain also only bubbles . The dry sauna was not really hot and the hamam is just wet sauna not same hamam in turkish bath also wasn't hot.. rain shower didnt work also First evening we come the lady switch off everything 19 o'clock even they say all open till 23 she see us and switch on again. Second evening there was no one i try call reception for 2 minutes but no one answered. Because we were wet already we only stay pool. the room big nice but only 2 tea bags . Only filtered water . They charged extra just for we open the existing sofa bed for our daughter . We been in 4 star hotel with much better services and facilities . For 240 euro night this place really really overpriced. also location. Far from old town 20 min walk at least. we used uber . But have nice park near and have parking. I put photos of room view and the bar and reception how the look all time. Never see hotel 4 or 5 that had to search for the staff or that the reception not answer for 2 minutes and not at all. Romania was wonderful but this hotel not so much .

Didn't get a chance to go to the pool and spa but it looked nice from photos and is included.The location is the only issue with this as it's not really walking distance to the main tourist areas. There is a huge church being built over the road which is very nice and a smaller one right in front of it which is worth a little visit.

Jesse (JP): Had an amazing experience in Bucharest. Eating at JW Marriott was a great place to stay and relax. The food and service is something you will not find in the States anymore. The history here is a fantastic experience that you need to see for yourself. We felt safe the entire time. Don't listen to these people who say everything is dangerous outside the USA. They don't leave their homes, and most are scared of their own shadow. Enjoy your life!! And tip well, these people work hard for it.Rooms: Very clean rooms.Safety: This place, my wife and family, felt really safe.Noteworthy details: There are many guides available in the area that are happy to help you learn about the history of Bucharest. They are a very good price.

Giovanna Loffredo: Sono stata 3 giorni malissimo abbiamo trovato le blatte che uscivano dal bagno e anche nei corridori ma soprattutto nell recepison .... la mia esperienza è stata come i film dell horror abbiamo fatto casino con la recepison dicevano che non capiva e che non poteva far nulla siamo stati svegli dalle 4 del mattino fino alle 7.30 per aspettare un responsabile che forse ci poteva aiutare.... ci avevano assicurato un nuova stanza ma che dovevamo aspettare le ore 16.00 quindi noi siamo usciti per la città .... ritoniamo alle ore 19.00 dicono che la stanza non c'è la vogliono dare che la proprietaria del hotel non voleva che stavamo e cia hanno cacciato così come niente forse ... dicendo che noi avevamo strilato e che per colpa nostra le persone che sorginavano non avevano dormito.... e che le blatte non era un problema loro ma del comune..... con tutto avevamo ragione ci hanno messo tutto fuori siamo stati costretti ad cercare un altro appoggio e stata un esperienza come vi ho detto prima da horror...... per me questo hotel dovrebbe essere chiuso

Le camere vengono "pulite" giornalmente e questo è vero, ma ci sono blatte all'interno dell'edificio. Nei corridoi, nella stanza della colazione, in reception. Quando lo fai notare, ti dicono che la colpa è delle autorità competenti che non puliscono le strade pubbliche. Il problema è che non viene chiesto neanche scusa se trovi questi simpatici insetti in camera e/o in albergo.Colazione: Varia, dalla classica italiana a quella internazionale.Personale: Oltre al ragazzo Christopher, sempre sorridente e educato, gli altri colleghi Receptionist un disastro. L'unica donna è di una maleducazione disarmante. Non ho mai conosciuto una persone arrogante, incompetente e maleducata come lei.Posizione: la posizione dell'hotel è ottima in quanto si può raggiungere l'old town tranquillamente a piedi.Esperienza: Nota dolente di questa recensione.Ho assistito ad una delle scene più brutte in assoluto. Delle ragazze che si sono lamentate per le blatte, in piena notte, sono state trattate come fossero delle bugiarde e delle appestate. Cacciate dall'albergo, lasciate in mezzo alla strada come fossero persone di serie B. Anche altre persone hanno lamentato di avere blatte in camera. Veramente Disgustoso.Ripeto, unica persona precisa, competente, educata è il Receptionist Christopher.

PelegD 3: Room was nice and for the first day everything was fine.On the second day I spilled coffee on the bed and asked for the cleaning lady to come and replace it.For a bed sheet and 3 pillow cases they charged me 700 LEI! That was about 90% of the money I had left so that pretty much ruined my vacation.Worst part was when I asked for my father to speak to them, they claimed it wasn’t coffee spilled but blood. I guess they tried to portray me as a serial killer?Staff was incredibly rude during the whole process, seriously made me never want to return to Romania again.

Dania Fratto: Hotel caratteristico a pochi passi dalle vie principali del centro di Bucarest. Stanze ampie e in stile. Personale alla reception molto disponibile. Un po scomoda la mancanza di un ascensore nell'edificio (negativo per le barriere architettoniche). Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna/sfortuna di essere messi nella Camera Concerto: veramente particolare e molto spaziosa ma all'ultimo piano (4 di 4)... ci hanno fatto fare ginnastica a furia di fare su e giù per le scale.
Adina Storin: I met at the hotel, in the lobby, with my cousins, who came from abroad for a few days in Romania.I really liked the style of the interior decorations, which give you the impression that you are in ancient salons. XIX and offers you privacy, through comfortable armchairs, bookshelves, muted music from Radio Romantic FM...I didn't visit the rooms, but my cousins were very pleased.

Duża, wygodna łazienka. Hotel zlokalizowany w centrum starego miasta Bukaresztu - dobra lokalizacja na bazę wypadową. Problemem mogą być dość strome i kręte schody dla osób z problemami zdrowotnymi oraz że względu na lokalizację brak możliwości zaparkowania pod hotelem. W niektórych pokojach słychać nocne życie Bukaresztu. Na dole miła i smaczna restauracja.

Ivan Cheung: Really good and unique hotel. The rooms feature city/country themes. I was in the Provence room which had some great interior design.The hotel lobby is a big open area with the room doors of the first and second floors facing inwards like a modern day caranvasei layout. However, this means that some room windows are facing into the lobby so make sure you check if you have a preference. My room window was interior facing and combined with a not very soundproof door I could hear some noise as one night some other hotel guests stayed in the lobby chatting till late.The staff here are amazing and were always really pleasant. Location is great too as you’re towards the bottom of old town and about 5-10 min walk to the airport bus stop.

maria f.: L'albergo è di fresca ristrutturazione con le stanze a tema. Si trova al centro della movida di Bucarest quindi il sabato sera la musica dei locali della zona si sente fino alla mattina. Il personale è molto disponibile e hanno un ristorante interno che è anche pizzeria.Molto gradito il prosecco di benvenuto e la possibilità di vedere in camera i canali di sport (campionato italiano e calcio inglese e spagnolo soprattutto)Tornassi mai a Bucarest lo risceglierei!

brah f: не знаю що сказати. Знімала готель за 400€ ніч, люкс номер. З люксу виявилась тільки ціна і вид з вікна. Вечеряла в ресторані при готелі, замовила пасту карбонару і її приготували так, ніби вперше про неї чули. Потім я замовила восьминога в соусі, але мене нажаль не попередили що вийде дуже перчене. Потім я замовила десерт, від якого теж не була в захваті. заплатила досить велику ціну за зіпсовані страви які неможливо було їсти. В номері старий душ, в мене вдома вже навіть такого нема. Балконне скло матове не від заводу, а від часу вже. Двері на балкон відкриваються так, що мені довелось радитись з бабусею, дуже старий і незрозумілий замок. Виходячи на балкон і опускаючи очі вниз - можна в щілині побачити крильце засипане окурками. Ввечері я йшла до готелю пішки і на території готелю між туями шайка тарганів доїдала чиєсь морозиво. Десь в пʼяти хвилинах від готелю циганія тебе сталкеритиме шоб ти поділився леями.Я в культурному шоці, чесно.

La Cristi: A super cool hotel. Starting with the staff who are very kind and attentive to details, and ending with the room which is something to dream about. The spa bath is a real treat, the sauna shower is something unique in Romania, the window curtains that are electric, impeccable cleanliness, the access to the room based on the QR code is great, the air conditioning, the ambient lights that are extremely pleasant at night, disposable slippers, clean towels, bathrobes, coffee, tea, plain water, glasses, cups, coffee machine, plus hygiene products provided. It is a perfect place for relaxing for two. Thank you very much for everything, we will come back with love!

Geoff Hodder: This hotel is a little unusual.There is no staffed reception. Entry code to the building along with a QR code to accrss your room are sent to you on Whatsapp.Yhe room (I had room 1) has great lighting of all varieties, along with a luxurious spa bath & sauna in the bathroom.The toilet is one of those very elaborate models that the Japanese seem to favour.Detailed instructions are supplied for all the gadgets.There is decoration to the rooms,The location is handy to some quite high end restaurants, that was good.I was expecting a breakfast buffet but this is not a thing at Hotel Christina Plus. Breakfast, if you order it would be in your room.We had some issues with the wifi on the first night, but management were very responsive & this was sorted out quickly.

Emilio Pirotti: It's a receptionless hotel, you get a code to open the front door and a QR to enter the room. The QR I got was somehow blurred and I had a hard time convincing the door to open, bit ok, in the end it worked.The rooms are meant to be high-tech up to weird details (taps with dancing led lights, for instance, or a "digital bidet" integrated in the WC), but at the same time lacked some basic maintenance. Floor tiles where here and there cracked (wooden floor below?), The heater was held in place by the water pipes because the tile it was attached to got disconnected from the wall, the wooden door of the shower was damaged by the water... nothing critical, but signs that after restructuring by overlapping a new skin little was done to maintain.So, if you are looking for a double jacuzzi, you're in the right spot, but otherwise you may find better deals for the price.The bed was very comfortable, with a memory foam mattress. I suffer from a bad back and had an excellent sleep. Air conditioning as well worked fine, and with a good placement, it was not disturbing when in bed.

Alex Nacu: Honestly, I didn't like it much, it's a bit noisy in the hotel. Bad cushions, chairs pulled up on the tiles, could use some pads. In the room where I stayed, the radiator thermostat does not work properly, I think the radiator thermostat in the sauna is defective, it makes some strange sounds as if someone is hitting with a hammer. The good part, the jacuzzi, the toilet bowl, I liked the towels, the access system.

GEF: A chic hotel with 18 rooms located right on the shore of Lake Tei, at the intersection of Petricani and Paroseni streets - the reception is at the entrance from Paroseni street. There are several parking spaces on both sides of the hotel. A location easily accesible from Pipera area. The room is spacious and clean, as are the common spaces. There is a minibar in the room with cheap prices. The bed is confortable. The person at the reception was very kind and cheerfull, and the dialogue with her took place in english language. vitalij grabovan: I have spent 4 nights in this hotel. The only problem what I had was the air conditioner that made loud noises, luckily it wasn’t that hot these days. Room servis and breakfaster were awesome and location is also very good. You can get to the main streets with all kinds of restaurants just passing the back doors of the hotel.Noteworthy details: You should fix the air conditioner. It very loud and its hard to sleep.
