Dana Georgescu: Massage therapist was good, but the room was cold ( late February).I had cold feet and the massage therapist had cold hands although she was phisically active during the massage session. Also the welcoming tea served was one of the cheapest brands available on the market.I received a cup filled with hot water and two teabags to chose from and a bag of sugar. I was expecting something more classy.

Casa Estate: I ordered a couples massage, relaxation plus scrub and it was a BAD experience, considering that I had been to Eden Spa a month ago but at the location on Paris Street.The 2 ladies who tried to relax us with the dance massage were very unprofessional. I felt like someone was putting cream on my body and that was it. The scrub was ok, only that they forgot to relax for about 20 minutes wrapped in cellophane plus a towel. This would have been the cure. If we passed out there and someone didn't come to see what we were doing. They didn't ask us if we wanted water, tea, anything.Do NOT go to Mrs. Cristiana Grigore.I do not recommend.I have had other good massages, Thai or other types of relaxation, but at Eden Spa, this time, there was no comparison. Ba mai mult, a vorbit continuu.Asta a pus capac: La final mi a făcut “ masaj” in zona gâtului , decolteu și umeri - cu ulei , iar apoi mi a “masat” 1 min și fata tot cu ulei , eu fiind machiata și mi a întins și tușul deși o atenționasem înainte. Iar la final mi a făcut 2 min masaj capilar cu mâinile pline de ulei de corp.. am zis ca nu e adevărat !Horror!!! Nu recomand deloc!!!!Cu ceva timp in urma fusesem in locația din Primăverii. Am avut o experiența minunata! Totul perfect! Personal super calificat! Pt experiența de acolo 5 stele! De aceea am revenit… dar aici… super dezamăgitor acum!
