Monica Haukenes: Dette hotellet trenger en oppgradering, lobbyen, rom og fellesareal bærer preg av at det trengs oppussing. Park Inn ligger på samme sted som Radisson Blu. Det ligger et fint basseng området mellom hotellene som du kan bruke uten ekstra kostnad. Frokosten er god men enda bedre på Radisson Blu, større utvalg. Om du er litt kresen velg å bo på Radisson Blu. Når det er sagt er alle de ansatte på Park Inn veldig hyggelige, hjelpsomme og fikser det meste. Vi måtte bytte rom et par ganger pga av problemer på badet. Fikk gratis frokost i kompensasjon hos Victor i resepsjonen for dette.

Carlos Rigters: Just WOWVisited Bucharest and the Marmorosch Hotel for the first time and we were just amazed! Already at the entrance we were greeted with a welcome drink by the very friendly and attentive staff, which made us feel very welcome. From the amazing staff to the super clean rooms and the beautiful design, which has a very interesting story to tell, we just loved this hotel! One of the highlights for us was The Vault bar. Surrounded by the endless many lockers which are all still in tact and can be opened, this bar is kept in its original style and represents the bank which once was. Also the bar staff did a great job and mixed us some delicious cocktails. 10 out of 10 for us and we will be back! Jen Khanam: 1. Take a shower at your own peril!Huge health and safety risk where the shower door opens inwards and locks in and the bathroom basin blocks the door from opening out. I was stuck inside for over 5 minutes with no ability to open the shower door or ability to pull the safety cord which was across the room. Finally prized it open using my fingers through the seal. Was the most horrific and traumatic experience I have ever been through. Completely unacceptable for a 5* hotel. When mentioned, no real apology offered (and the night guard didn't even record the report)! When I reported this to the parent company of the hotel, the health and safety risk wasn't acknowledged.2. Apart from one staff member who was lovely, reception staff are rude with no real customer service.3. The vault bar discriminated based on looks, made an excuse to say I hadn't complied with dress policy ( no notice of dress policy anywhere). I was wearing velvet black trousers and a white shirt that I had just worn to a pr-engagement party. My slip-on sandals were deemed unacceptable as they didn't have a heel strap. Staff were rude. I found it shocking especially as I was staying at the hotel for nearly a week. Safe to say didn't bother to come back during my stay and spent a huge amount of time at the gorgeous bar/restaurant across the road.3. Rooms weren't cleaned very well. Found stains on bathroom floor.Safety: Bathroom is too small with health and safety concerns regarding the shower door being blocked by the sink basin. Issue raised with hotel, but no response provided.

Roxana Duta: I recently had the opportunity to stay at Marmorosch, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Considering the high cost of the hotel, I expected a level of service that would match the price tag. However, I was sorely disappointed with the quality of service provided.First and foremost, the staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. I encountered numerous instances where my requests for assistance were met with apathy and a lack of urgency. This lackluster service did not align with the premium experience that I had hoped for. When you pay a premium for a hotel, you expect to be treated with attentiveness and care, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my stay.Moreover, I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the hotel's dress code policy, particularly as it pertained to the cocktail bar. As a guest staying at the hotel, I had assumed that I would have full access to all the amenities and facilities available. However, I was denied entry to the cocktail bar solely based on my attire. While I understand the importance of maintaining a certain atmosphere, I believe that as a paying guest, I should have been granted access regardless of my outfit, as long as it was within reasonable bounds of decency.Sadly, Marmorosch fell short in both regards, leading me to choose alternative options for my future stays.
