Adrian Lucian Apostol: Very kind staff when taking the first order. He gave me his business card to top up the quantity if needed. When I called to complete the order, they told me that they didn't have time to look in the computer to see what paint I ordered and to look for the code in the invoice. The order will be ready in 3 days and they will call me exactly when it is ready. After three days, of course, I called to find out if the order was ready. At first they couldn't even check the status of the order, they tried to tell me that maybe I didn't pay, even though I had sent them the payment op on watzap three days ago. In the end, the order was ready, but they sent me to the warehouse in Otopeni to pick up the three boxes of paint. Here's another surprise: I go to the first hour and they tell me to wait half an hour or an hour for them to load the dispensers first and then they give me my order for three buckets of paint. In conclusion, the product is of very good quality, but the staff leaves much to be desired.
Iulia Bumbac: Frivolity and a colloquial style not allowed for gentlemen in the center. A gentleman claiming to be an architect promised me a quote that I did not receive. I insisted by calling the agency. Another gentleman, who obviously had no idea about the expected and promised price offer, apostrophized the colleague with whom I had talked in the center while he was talking to me on the phone: "what, dude, now you're also an architect!". Even after the phone conversation, I did not receive that offer. I will get the desired products from a DIY store.

Nu am mai întâlnit un magazin sa ia TOȚI angajații masa o data și sa închizi magazinul, cu atât mai mult sa nu servești clientul care a întârziat numai 2 min si le luam din pauza de masă. A trebuit sa aștept 1h pana au redeschis dar..cu siguranță nu mai revin..

Hin Codreanu: I booked for manicure on 31st May, I booked 1 week before for 2 peoples. But when I arrived at Rouge Nail bar in Afi mall, the reception guy was so confused, and they almost refused us. Not only that, two ladies there whose on their term, at 18:30, they had the worst attitude with clients that I never met in my 5 years in Romania. And the lady who did my nails, felt like she intended to cut my skin to blood for at least 4 fingers nails without any apology for her mistake, and it was painful. And also I never seen any one that did the worst semi-permanent ever, all the edges just looked like I did to myself I mean very bad, that why I need somebody is professional do nails for me. And now my skin around all hurt after 5 days, and the the paint gone off only after 3 days. What a "great" job and "great" attitude of them.The thing is I went once on last Christmas, and everything was ok, the girl who did for me super cute and kind, that's why i came back, but this time was so disappointed me.Absolutely not recommended. And They're not even deserved 1 stars.Two first photos I took when she just done, and the last just now, after 5 days

If she couldn't understand it was a gel- nail master charged me extra money for rubber, which I didn’t ask to apply. This is not professional. You had to tell me that it is an extra charge.- instead of 140 lei I payed 180.
