The laser tag arena is nice and spacious, I still recommend going with your child to see it before booking, especially if they are younger. At our place, one of the children was scared of the aliens and the music and did not want to enter. The food was fresh, good and sufficient.What I didn't like: not all guns were working and at each game 4 kids were sitting on the sidelines which led to arguments between the kids, we weren't told how many guns were working until the day of the event so if you have more than 10 kids I recommend making sure you have enough weapons.Although we were told we would have exclusivity, during the time we were eating and serving the cake, a group of kids from downstairs were brought into the arena. Each time we had to wait for them to finish the game which took up our time, so the exclusivity isn't really exclusive...The staff was kind during the event except for the incident at the end that left a bitter taste: we were drawn to the face of the guests saying goodbye that we had left nothing for the staff...the husband had paid with his card and went down to the car because he had left his wallet with cash in the car while I was still upstairs and I was waiting for him to come back... one of the gentlemen helped him with the gifts to the car and he thanked him faster and the other, thinking that I probably missed it, did this the remark in bad taste, thanks to which we will certainly not return to this location again...
