Izabela Coman: Oameni extraordinari la aceasta firma: seriosi, corecti, cu suflet bun. Am inchiriat un concentrator de oxigen acum 2 ani de la ei, pt tatal meu imobilizat la pat, cu Alzheimer moderat. De cand am sunat prima data la CPAP24 in Bucuresti si pana in ziua de azi, de al prima zi cand au venit cu concentratorul si pana in ultima zi, totul a fost perfect cu ei, nu am decat cuvinte de lauda!Ca sa stiti: daca aveti pe cineva drag la pat, mai ales pe cineva in varsta, un concentrator de oxigen face minuni! Din mometul cand i-am pus lui tata canula la nas, Alzheimerul nu a mai inaintat deloc, s-a stopat pur si simplu. A decedat saracul de curand, dar pana in ultima clipa a stiut de el si de noi, dupa ce o vreme (inainte de terapia cu oxigen), se degrada de la o luna la alta... Oxigenul e hrana pt creier, si cei mai multi doctori va dau pastile de circulatie cerebrala si uita complet de terapia cu oxigen. Pt cineva care sta la pat e perfecta, ca nu are de ce sa-l incurce ca e legat la aparat, se obisnuieste si nici nu-l mai baga in seama.Chiria aparatului nu mi s-a parut deloc mare, a meritat fiecare banut platit lunar, timo de 2 ani. Aparatele sunt f bune - primul a rezistat 1,5 ani cu functionare 18-20h pe zi (desigur, am avut grija sa-l intretinem ca la carte). Multumescs, CPAP24!

Au ajuns ochelarii insa lentia schimbata a fost montata prost, scârțâie când ii pun pe ochi și se vede ca nu e montata complet, m-a aștept să cadă in orice moment. Spatiul dintre lentila si ochelarii aduna praf si murdarie. Pastrez rama, am solicitat returnarea banilor pe lentile si o sa merg la un specialist sa-i pun lentile in alta parte.

Stoian Stefan: Ochelari comandati pe 28.05, veniti pe 07.06. Showroom cu foarte multe variante dpdv rame, personal amabil. Perioada dintre comanda si primirea ochelarilor este decenta avand in vedere complexitatea lentilelor. Pana aici, numai cuvinte de lauda. Dupa ridicarea ochelarilor m-am intors in showroom deoarece ochelarii ma strangeau. Personalul de acolo a reglat ramele si, dupa ce i-am primit, parea ca totul este mai bine. Ulterior am realizat ca unul dintre brate este atat de slabit incat ochelarii imi cad si nu ii pot purta. Ma intorc in showroom si, dupa inspectia facuta de cele doua persoane, mi se transmite ca “nu stiu ce sa le faca” si ca “ trebuie trimisi in service” unde poate dura pana la doua saptamani. Sunt constient ca, desi ramele sunt nou-noute, acestea pot avea probleme. Nu contest acest aspect! Intrebarea mea ar fi: de ce trebuie sa stau inca doua saptamani fara ochelari pentru niste rame pe care voi le-ati reglat si pe care, cel mai probabil, le-ati stricat. Din pacate, experienta si expertiza tehnica nu se ridica la nivelul celorlalte servicii pe care le oferiti.Later edit : am sunat in call center, au discutat in magazin si situatia a fost rezolvata. As sugera sa va asigurati ca personalul din locatie se implica mai mult in rezolvarea situatiilor care apar.
