Vlad Bortnowski: I cannot stress enough the professionalism and dedication the AGS team used on my move from Bucharest to Toronto. From the estimating of the volume at the first visit and the clarity of explaining the details of the services offered, through the punctuality on the move day, the caring in wrapping and packing the goods, the regular updates on the status of customs and patrimony paperwork, then on the status of the actual move up to the delivery at the destination, all went without even the minor bump. I am told AGS is a bit more expensive than their competition. I wouldn't know because the few firms I contacted never bothered to give me an estimate or discuss the details of the move. I N: I would wholeheartedly recommend AGS for an international relocation. I had just completed the moving of my antique furniture from Bucharest, Romania to Toronto, Canada. From the outset, the AGS representative, Vlad Leontescu was able to explain to me the benefits of using AGS, and put to rest any concerns I had regarding the transportation and relocation of my unique heirlooms. As I've never transported anything of this nature and size - valuable both monetarily and sentimentally, but also large and heavy, over 1/2 ton, I had reasons to fear the antique furniture might not make it safely after being dislodged and transported for the first time in its almost 100 years. I worried needlessly, as I was reassured all along the process that AGS and their Canadian partners were not only well equipped to undertake such a big task, but also had the experience and the knowhow to make everything happen safely, on time, flawlessly, and with my minimal involvement. From the moment I spoke to Vlad, I realized my heirlooms were in good hands, and the constant guidance and superb communication with AGS and their Canadian partners merit all compliments. This is how an ideal relocation should work. The items were exceptionally well packed, with everything arriving in perfect condition, including some large sheets of glass. I would like to reiterate how reassuring it is to have a single contact person that knows your file and answers your questions with no delay, day or night, weekday or weekend, as Vlad and his Canadian counterpart did. Vlad continued to stay involved, even though his part was completed, and we continued to stay in touch through the final delivery. This type of A to Z personal care is hard to find in a business these days, therefore I'm grateful and highly recommend AGS Bucharest. Thank you from Toronto, Canada!
