Hin Codreanu: I booked for manicure on 31st May, I booked 1 week before for 2 peoples. But when I arrived at Rouge Nail bar in Afi mall, the reception guy was so confused, and they almost refused us. Not only that, two ladies there whose on their term, at 18:30, they had the worst attitude with clients that I never met in my 5 years in Romania. And the lady who did my nails, felt like she intended to cut my skin to blood for at least 4 fingers nails without any apology for her mistake, and it was painful. And also I never seen any one that did the worst semi-permanent ever, all the edges just looked like I did to myself I mean very bad, that why I need somebody is professional do nails for me. And now my skin around all hurt after 5 days, and the the paint gone off only after 3 days. What a "great" job and "great" attitude of them.The thing is I went once on last Christmas, and everything was ok, the girl who did for me super cute and kind, that's why i came back, but this time was so disappointed me.Absolutely not recommended. And They're not even deserved 1 stars.Two first photos I took when she just done, and the last just now, after 5 days

I was dead tired after an 18hours flight and was roaming around downtown and was asking in the salons if there’s any stylist available just to wash my hair and blow dry it. And finally I came across GETT’S. By the time I got my hair washed I was so relaxed I couldn’t even explain properly to the hairstylist how I want my hair done, just showed her one picture and said “just make it natural, but classy, like I got off the yacht”.I have uneven bangs and long hair and Janina did her magic while I was almost falling asleep. I looked revived like if I had 8 hours of sleep and woke up on my best hair day!

I made an appointment today for eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and tomorrow for a pedicure. The master of the eyebrow turned out to be not only a non-professional, but also not a decent person. My wish was to color the eyebrows brown, but not too dark. I wanted to have my eyebrows dyed the same color that I had when I came to the salon, only my eyebrows were tinted with a pencil, and I wanted to cover them with paint. After the procedure, I looked in the mirror and saw that my eyebrows were 5 shades lighter. I very politely asked the master to correct this mistake. This was followed by a very long and unpleasant procedure that lasted 2.5 hours. I had to explain to the master and the receptionist, by the way, the receptionist was a very nice and polite girl. As a result, I was asked to wait first, then sign a document stating that I agree to repeat the staining procedure and I will not have any claims if my skin is damaged, I signed. All my arguments about the master's mistake and her lack of attention to the client were not heard. I paid a second time but canceled my pedicure appointment for tomorrow. I have been arriving in Bucharest with my daughter and little grandson for a month now, and I wanted some positivity for myself, but I didn’t get it.
