Clara v: Hi! I went two times at nail story here in bucharest. At first, i went to a lady named Mari, she did my nails perfectly. She was very polite and she was careful not to hurt my fingers. I was very happy with my results. But the second time i went to the salon Mari had no more spots left, so i went to another lady. She was quite rude and was hurting my skin constantly. I told her a few times to try to be more gentle but she didnt care, 4 of my fingers bled and left wounds which took 3 days to heal. My nails were very thick and the job was messy. I think she didnt care so much because she saw i was more naive because im 14. Overall if you want to go to Nail Story, you should ask for Mari, thats if you value your nails.Service:Manicure

Mai mult, in timp ce imi pilea prea mult din unghie m-a taiat, moment in care am solicitat sa imi fie data oja jos si sa nu mai continui cu aceasta programare.Am ales singura acest salon fiindca avea review-uri bune, dar nu pot intelege cum. Eu nu as putea sa il recomand, a fost cel mai prost serviciu de orice fel pe care l-am primit vreodata. Carla PAROLA: I went to this place because it was supposed to be good and cheap. First of all, we started 20 minutes late. They charge for a 5-star service but they provide a 1 star service. They also charged me a different price from what it’s saying on the web.I also want to highlight the customer care. They were not only talking several times about mi cuticles (I bite my nails) but also kind of laughing/ complaining at them. I felt super uncomfortable and it wasn’t pleasant at all having to spend 2 hours in that place. (I underestand because I speak a Latin language and if they knew better they would have known “cutícula” is similar in so many languages). She was also kind of aggressive when handling my nails, I told her it was painful (because of this same reason, I bite the cuticule) but she didn’t seem to care at all.
