Florin Lazar: I can't comment on the quality of the services because I was there at a decent time, when there wasn't much crowding and with a minor issue. The service was prompt, I have nothing to say, but extremely expensive. I was for a simple declaration of taking my son into space. It cost 74 lei, while at other notaries I was given the price of 24 lei. The mistake was mine because I didn't ask the price before. I was expecting somewhere between 25-30 lei, let's say 50 since we are on Dorobanti, but even triple.... I think with fear if I would have made a succession or a deed of sale and purchase.Conclusion: if money is not a problem for you, this is the ideal place. But if you value the price-quality ratio, I recommend you to compare their prices with those of other notaries.

For a power of attorney, I was asked for the documents by email, and when I arrived at the notary's office, everything was ready, I just filled out a standard declaration, checked if the object of the power of attorney was covered, paid and signed in the presence of the notary.
