Dorina Ruiz: If you love your parents and grandparents avoid this location. My parents were placed in Vila 2 with an abusive caregiver who was yelling and swearing at the poor innocent old people. Everyone in her care was kept in the lobby all day ( from breakfast to dinner time) so she could have an easy job to see all of them in the same time. The director told me my parents got a big and the most beautiful room with a balcony and bathroom, but in reality they received a small dirty and dark room with shared bathroom. The room was furnished with a very old and broken furniture. My parents were put to sleep together in one single bed while the other bed was empty with no bedsheets on!!! Really so desperate to save on detergent and water? Or less work for the caregiver? That’s what I thought at first. Later we found out, during the medical check performed at the new place that my mom had bruises on one leg from the hip to the knee and two cuts on her head. The nurse, the only one for the 4 buildings was rude and stressed due to the high volume of work and shortage of staff .After 5 days I took my parents out from this miserable place and moved them in a really nice facility where they received immediate medical attention. During their stay at Casa Altra Felipe my parents were abused physically, mentally and verbally by the caregiver and staff.I would rate this place 0 stars if I could!

Luis Miguel Combrado Garbaya: Gran servicio! Rasvan es un tipo amable que nos explicó en un perfecto inglés con todo detalle cómo iba la autocaravana, ya que era nuestra primera vez. Nos recogió en el aeropuerto para entregarnos la autocaravana y aunque no nos podía llevar de nuevo al aeropuerto al entregarla, pidió un uber para nosotros. El vehículo estaba impecable, como nuevo y no nos dió ningún problema. Además, antes de comenzar nuestra aventura, Rasvan nos recomendó qué visitar y dónde pernoctar. Muy recomendable!

Maaike Huizinga: A good, secure parking for campers, before a flight or a visit to Bucharest. Overnight accommodation possible, relatively quiet nights, especially with the airport so close!24 hour security on the nearby parking lot.Transfer possible to airport, Uber and bus also possible.Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, black and gray water drainage and possibility to clean the camper. Electricity point available and possibility to fill water.Razvan and Cornel are very friendly, they also travel with the camper themselves.
