Făcute astfel din rațiuni de funcționalitate a spațiilor interioare, presupun, fiindcă e greu și rar să nimerești efecte estetice din ele. Intrările spre apartamente sunt pe partea dinspre benzinăria Mol, pe laturile celelalte având spații comerciale mari la parter, dintre care doar Bang & Olufsen pare amenajat și deschis. Și tot pentru ele au sacrificat puținul pământ din jur, amenajându-le parcări betonate de suprafață.Numele vine de la faimosul Parc Herăstrău, desigur, care e la vreo 800 de metri de mers pe jos, dincolo de Cartierul Francez. Dar pe care îl vezi de la etajele de sus, dacă ești pe partea care trebuie. De la nivelurile de jos vezi traficul niciodată întrerupt de pe Nicolae Caramfil, care ajunge chiar în dreptul celor două turnuri ca să se împreuneze cu cel de pe Alexandru Șerbănescu, spre a urca apoi maiestuos împreună pe Podul Băneasa, dincolo de care îi așteaptă Cortina Residence, Murad la hotelul său Phoenicia și o altă viermuială imobiliară, în plin avânt.Așa cum era de așteptat, interioarele sunt mari, spațioase, bine decorate – asta face parte din conceptul de bază al One United Properties, cu care îi încântă pe cumpărători și cu care câștigă adesea în fața competiției. Cunoscuta lor marmură neagră, reception desk impresionant, cu paznic pus chiar să-și ia rolul în serios, nu angajat din milă, ca în majoritatea recepțiilor de clădiri rezidențiale. Canapele și fotolii pentru vizitatori și măsuțe în fața unui șemineu electric butaforic, au ceva poze decorative pe pereți. Până și liftul a fost decorat cu un mozaic colorat. La disability access stau bine: nicio treaptă pentru cei cu dizabilități motrice (fizice), lifturile suficient de încăpătoare, rampe line de acces din stradă. Ca să nu mai spun de privilegiul de a coborî doar în papuci ca să-ți cumperi câte un Bang & Olufsen ori de câte ori ai nevoie…

George Butunoiu: One Floreasca Lake is One United's lesser-known type of quiet luxury.Pipera road, where Moeciu street starts, is quite ugly, Floreasca lake and its shore are beautiful, even still in ruins, so at a distance of a few hundred meters we see a crescendo from the crowd and the noise from one end and to the surprising silence in the other.One Floreasca Lake were lucky to find their place in the calm and beautiful end of the street. Between them and the lake there is only one residential building, something with the silhouette of an oil depot. It's a complex of three buildings built between 2013 and 2015. They have five levels each, with 68 apartments – surprisingly many when you look at the buildings from the street, you don't see how big they are.Architecturally, the buildings are not masterpieces, but they are well maintained, you don't see signs of decay unless you look for them at all costs. The interiors of the common spaces, however, the entrances and hallways look very good. Air conditioners are well placed in the balconies. An advantage for passers-by looking at the meridional-looking blocks, a disadvantage for tenants, of course.The front yard would have deserved more attention, and not just as a parking lot for those who are too lazy to use the underground garage. But it more than makes up for it with a beautiful garden between the two blocks, with real trees, ornamental trees and lots of greenery, an ideal playground for the children of the premises, as can be seen by the toys left in the alleys.

Sanda Beuran: Luxury residential area, apartments built with a sense of responsibility, luxury finishes. Located on the shore of Lake Floreasca, it has an excellent location. It's a pity that the City Hall of the capital destroyed the whole landscape.....they started a project to improve the lake and for 3 years they left it "puddled". Now, instead of the lake, there is a dense thicket, the alleys of the lake are unclogged and instead of grass there is mud. Too bad about the One Floreasca project, which is really beautiful!

However, there was no reseption there ,so there was a problem when we found out that there was only one pair of towels for two people...
