Tavi Cristea: We called to make a reservation for the pool which they confirmed for 2 adults and one baby. Upon coming to the door, we were told they don't take reservations for the pool anymore. This was very annoying, as we had brought the baby along, with the pushchair and everything, and planned our day and just had to leave. The situation did not arise from a language barrier, as I am a native Romania speaker. The staff were not very polite and did nothing to try to help the situation or find out what had happened. Overall a very poor customer experience.

It looks good, nice pools but I felt humiliated. I brought a sandwich for my son, he has dietary restrictions. They saw a little plastic bag in which I carried the sandwich and did not allow me with it inside. They do not have gluten free meals so I could not feed my son. Never heard of anything like this, prices are higher than California but the quality is way behind. Never, ever again! What a shame after paying adult price for kids that are 10 as they are taller than 135 cm... This is why Romania will never get up to a higher standard. Only money but no quality services.

Pizza is good, water refreshing and clean and place looks nice but I don't think I will come back there.
