Andrei George: Worst parking ever! After finishing our trip to Bucharest center we went to the parking place to pay and pick up the cars. At this point the problems started.To be noted that we were there with 2 children 1 year old.1. The parking machine was not accepting card payment and also rejecting the paper currency bigger than 50 ron (we had 100 ron). We called suport center and they sent us to the parking office. We searched and visited the parking office and the parking representative said that he cannot help and that we need to go outside and ask from shop to shop if they can exchange the money in smaller papers. We already started to be nervous with crying kids. After visiting several shops we managed to exchange the money and to pay for the parking. We received the ticket and went to the cars (located at lowest level). After puting the kids, strollers and all the stuff inside the car we headed to the exit where the problems continued.2. When you put the card into the exit machine your car shall be in specific position in order to be able to validate it. We didn't notice at first place and looked inside the office for somebody to help, but there was nobody. Since we didn't know how to proceed, we lost some time until we figured out by ourselves what to do, but then surprisingly the ticket was rejected. We started to call some numbers and in the end one person came. He checked the ticket and told us that we have spent to much time from the moment of payment until the ticket was validated inside the exit machine and therefore we need to return to the payment machine and pay additional money. At this moment we went completely crazy, the kids were screaming inside the car and the guy was sending us back to the payment machine. All this, after we also lost signifficant time due to lack of support from their side. After second payment we managed to get out.In conclusion, for us it was the worst experience ever and you shall avoid this place as much as possible. We will never use their service again. I would give 0 stars.

Silvia Gumiel-Molina: Recomiendo no usar este parking. El precio por 24 horas es de 5€. Estuvimos menos de 22 y pagamos los 5€. Al entrar paramos en el baño y tardamos algo más de diez minutos en salir (11 o 12 a lo sumo). La barrera no se abrió porque decía que había que hacer un pago extra. Se lo comentamos al encargado que nos empezó a gritar de muy malas maneras (mientras fumaba). Pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y no nos la dio. Hay otros parkings cerca por el mismo precio con gente más amable. Nos fastidió nuestro día en Bucarest.
