Ana Hodoroaga: They made me an absolutely gorgeous pergola with sliding windows at home, the only complaint and it is quite important is the fact that it floods every time it rains and they couldn't take the time to fix it. Otherwise, all the neighbors ask me who made my pergola because it is very beautiful but it's a pity that the terrace is full of water every time it rains... especially now during this period with a lot of rain we want to stay on the terrace but there is always water... I didn't manage to get them to help me, they spoke to me very nicely and so did I, but they still didn't have time to solve the problem. It was hard for me to recommend the neighbors because of this, although they behaved nicely and look very good!

Lozovanu Mihaela: We contracted the services of this company through Hornbach to order a shading solution for the terrace, we paid the services of Mr. Achim Ovidiu for the measurements where we were recommended an uncased blind. During installation, we found that this product does not lend itself to our terrace and we were forced to install the product with the help of an improvisation for which the Prestige art & design company does not assume responsibility, as well as for the measurements and the recommendation of the proposed product. The roller blind was made incorrectly, to the outside instead of the inside as it was written in the measurements, so the water will drain on the gable and the facade :(.I do not recommend the services of this company.I would not recommend the services of this company, be very careful if you contract their services!

Travelling from Canada, we weren't able to call on a Romanian phone number, instead we sent three emails regarding an urgent request and the hotel never answered. Also, a family member went straight to the hotel regarding the same requests, but their employees (not Romanian speakers) adviced her again to call the hotel owner. Nothing was solved.Be aware after midnight the apartment building is not open, so if your flight lands during the night, the only way to get in, you got that right, is to call.Also, the room rates are higher than JW Marriott.We will never stay at Pergola Boutique Hotel again.Noteworthy details: Concrete apartment building on a dusted street.
