I've paid 6 month membership, but didn't want trainer. 20 days later, they've told me that I can't use machines in the shade, because they are reserved only for those who have contract with trainers, while rest of us have to use machines on the sun. When I've asked where is this written, they couldn't show me. Next day they've posted this on the walls. That was last day I've entered. 5 month subscription gone. I've had problems before with the one in Radisson regarding sauna use, and the ones in Cartier Francez, when they've taken my long term subscription although they knew they would be closing soon. It seems this is World Class attitude, to make idiots out of customers. I'm done with them.

DanJ: AC care atunci cand functioneaza nu face fata si e "ajutat" de ipohondrii de la bar care deschid usa desi afara sunt 30 de grade. Aparatele au tapițeria rupta - rarele ocazii cand se inlocuieste dureaza luni de zile de parca se restaureaza tapiserii baroce. Tipul barbos de la receptie e un badaran fara elementar bun simt. Jigneste clienții. Caz concret- o doamna a facut o plangere iar el, barbatul fatal, ii explica colegei care il intreba ce a dorit doamna ca "se baga in seama cu el". Cand da buna ziua o face cu aerul ca ti-a facut cine stie ce favoare. Pretiosule, stai lin, nimeni "nu se baga in seama" cu unul care la 40 de ani lucreaza la receptie!

The lady at the bar is very rude and the cleaning crew vacuums next to the clients during business hours, same at the shower booths, they clean with chemicals and fill the hallway with the resulting foam while next to them there are people in the shower. Cezar Socoteanu: Since I went to other Worldclass gyms which were technically below Asmita in ranking i came to realise the ugly truth:zero maintenance of the equipment which is old and torn apart, old lockers and draining issues during rains (buckets to keep water from spilling on the floor), the sauna side is under kept and the only reason they are Silver is the pool which also could use some renovation ( yes, that is still valid after their recent so called “renovation”).

Ayser G: This gym has been frozen in time. Old lockers with keys, old gym machines, some with broken padding, bent bars, moldy showers, the spa area is a hazzard and don’t even get me started on the smells. If i could i would give 0 stars as there are other Worldclass gyms on the broze side much better equipped and clean.

I was late for only one minute and that was because the guy at the reception gave me a key for a locker that was already taken (after queuing for a while). I still tried to enter the class and the teacher screamed to get out immediately - I felt like in high school.Second time I was there in time, interval class, trainer was late 7 minutes - very good, I would understand that, but only if I receive the same.Third time, incredibly busy - ok, I can leave with that.Forth time, incredibly busy (again), and on top of that (I was there with my son for the swimming pool, open until 10), they told me they have a new rule - no kids after 9. Super new rule considering I was here last week and stayed until 10. My son being 7 years old, good swimmer, no jumping in the water and no noisy games. At 9PM they were behind us telling us to get out.They don’t stop to amaze me, I am really wondering what will happen next time I go.Advice for everyone - don’t subscribe for one year. Try it out for a month, you might prefer jogging instead.
