mennaandrea: Am cumpărat un tort pentru ziua de naștere. Am plătit serviciul de livrare 50 Lei! Mi-au pus sa aleg intervalul orar: 14:00-18:00 pentru livrarea tortului. M-am organizat sa fiu in acel interval la restaurant. Surpriza: la ora 12:00 ma suna curierul, era la locație sa livreze tortul dar nu era nimeni (oare de ce?). Sun la firma, Discut cu o dra care nici măcar nu isi cere scuze și zice ca revine cu un telefon și ca vor găsi o soluție. Evident ca soluția nu vine. Nu am avut nicio alta alternativa sa il rog pe curierul sa-mi aducă tortul acasă (ceea ce categoric nu voiam, ca de aceea am plătit livrarea la locație). Rezumat: supărare, deranj, plata uber, livrarea plătită degeaba și atitudine proasta a personalului.Răspuns la răspunsul echipei:1) da, 25 RON, pardon, nu despre asta e vorba.2) irelevant atât timp ce am agreat niște termeni.3) irelevant... “colegul a crezut... colegul se aștepta ...”. atât timp ce am agreat niște termeni, ce crede colegul Dvs e problema lui.4) evident ca am optat ca să-mi aducă tortul acasă in loc sa risc sa mi se spuna “ne pare rău, nu vi se mai livrează astăzi tortul pentru ca ati refuzat” sau alte minuni. A trebuit sa insist pentru a fi incalzit putin, intrucat cald este mult mai bun si asa se mananca in Portugalia; 2. Chiar si incalzit, nu a fost gustul la care ma asteptam. The coffee beans they use are from Origo.Yes they’re somewhat on the more expensive side but they are one of the places that I’ve found are worth it.I plan to try the bread next, they have plenty of interesting options on that front as well.FYI they have a bread slicer for anyone interested.
